The lady behind the desk took a few moments to greet me and was on her phone and appeared to be video chatting with someone and just laid her phone down to talk with me. She didn't appear to end the call because the other person could be heard. At this moment I decided I would not use this facility. For a place of business to smell so strongly of cigarette smoke, which indicates it is smoked in frequently, is unhealthy and unprofessional. No longer than I was in there my clothes had the smell on them when going back to my vehicle. Also, I did not want to discuss personal information when there was someone still on her phone. I took my business elsewhere, which is unfortunate because this facility was located close to my new residence.

I was late paying my Bill one month and they over locked my unit. They didn't hesitate to cut my lock off. Fast forward 2 years and I go to the unit to empty it out and I couldn't because the lock they put on it was so weathered and rusty. They left me no choice but to cut the lock out. I hope they enjoy the mess I left. 2nd. There is no pest control. I had roaches and rat droppings all throughout my stuff and unit. This place is horrible. Do yourselves a favor and just spend the extra money for a climate controlled unit at a better location.
