Our realtor recommended Guardian Storage but before booking a unit, I price checked it. (The website was fancy so I thought it would be too pricey.) The price was totally in line (even cheaper) than other outfits that I checked...(note, Guardian does not have outdoor units, which is not what we wanted - we had to store two fridges, washer, dryer, and we did not want them to get "funky" in a hot outdoor storage unit. Low and behold, they did not have any funk smell!) The facility is SUPER clean. The locks are these cool little gadgets...but you have to buy that separately. There was plenty of space for our large moving truck. The owner (who is super nice and helpful) keeps moving dollies, carts, and such on site - so that's helpful. Oh, she has an office where you can hang out if you have hired movers. I got some work done while waiting. FIVE STARS!!! Thanks Pam!!

This facility has served it's purpose given the proximity from our home and old business location…read more However I would not jump for joy with the recent management and up keep of same. When I moved in they had a young lady, Christy I believe her name was that made this place run like a fine Swiss watch... For whatever reason she was let go, or left... The place has not been the same since. Since her deaprture I have had constant problems with rodent's and other insects (roaches, silverfish, etc...) and no corrective action has been proposed. I do not store food stuffs only furniture and a trailer in an extra large bay. I am in the process of cleaning out the items and will depart prior to my lease ending. I still will need a storage bay, albeit not as large or expensive, but it certainly will not be this facility. All this place needs is a little TLC and responsive management and it would be outstanding given it's location.
