I truly appreciate that. Stopped in recently and witnessed a very nasty female customer berating the owner...owner had to use the restroom and being by herself,locked the door for 3 minutes. The woman beat on the door and screamed about how she waited 15 minutes...um no. I was in my car prior to my arrival. In any event the customer tried to verbally assault the owner - she handled it with grace and kindness, explaining herself. The woman stormed off to which the owner offered her a good day. ( the angry woman had one of those giant Jeeps parked in the fire lane out front). Definitely recommend! QUALITY**PROFESSIONAL. I don't use this facility to purchase cards or gifts, shipping only. This company is the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of working with. About 2-3 years…read moreago during early Covid my father fell ill and needed to move out of his residence so I went with the closest option which proved to be a mistake. To begin with they've never been helpful or insightful with any step of the way only eager to make a dollar off someone else. The most recent issues however stem from my father's recent and sudden passing. Despite paying for the month of October and being completely moved out by the end of the month they demanded that I pay for another month because 'that's policy' whereas most other places prorate for early departure, also they offered condolences by stating it's worse for other people who move out at the beginning of the month stating they essentially have to pay 2 months for a unit they no longer need. I took myself off autopay because I felt a company like this would be all to happy to accidentally leave it for months and feared retaliation. Come November 29 I go in to pay, nobody answering phones, unable to pay over the phone because I'm "no longer renting there". I go in and ask the clerk who says I don't owe them anything and states someone else has been renting the unit. I ask if my account has been sent to collections despite the FACT I'm renting the unit and dude says no and that I don't owe anything. I thought maybe this company grew a heart, turns out it didn't. So today it is December 1st and I get a call from collections saying I owe them money plus an extra $50 'late fee' despite my efforts to try to pay them. They claim they charge in advance to which I asked why I didn't get charged when I was on autopay since I was in there a month ago, no adequate response. TLDR: This company is heartless, they are cheats and they don't have your best interest in minds. They are vindictive cowards that I wouldn't trust as far as I could spit a rat and I hope my message gets to people before they get taken for a ride like I have. 0/10 would rate lower if I could

Despite the reviews, i decided to book the company since they gave me the best price. I figured, I am not in a rush to move and if the items arrive later than expected it should be fine. I completely regret my choice. 1) I schedule the pick-up day to be Sunday. They called me Saturday saying they will not be able to keep the pick-up schedule. I was nice and said we can reschedule for Tuesday. They offered me a $25 discount per the DOT policy. 2) On Monday, they called me late afternoon and said they would not be able to pick-up the items on Tuesday. I explain to them i have no place to keep my items and that i am schedule to turn in my apartment. A manager was suppose to call me but that never happen. 3) I quickly got on the web and found another company that was able to handle the pick-up next day (Wednesday). To retrieve my deposit, arrow was making me jump through hoops. So, to get my initial deposit money back I called my bank; i didn't want to deal with arrow anymore. I simply told my credit card company that the service was never provided. The credit card company refunded my money. Arrow never apologize or followed up. There prices have gone way up since the last time I used them. They have a two hour minimum, $400 for two movers. Luckily, I scheduled right before they increased their rates for this time of year to $600 for two hours and two movers. They did end up sending three movers without any extra charge. They were are to schedule quick service on a weekday and were right on time.
