Barbara, the store manager, was calling to welcome me, make sure if I had any questions and to walk me through accessing my unit! It took me longer than planned to go pick up my lock and start using the unit so they called to check in on me and make sure I didn't have any issues or questions! I really love the quiet location of the facility and that the public access is limited (they are not open overnight)! I feel safe accessing and the monthly price works for my needs! Don't know where all the one stars are coming from? I've rented pick ups, vans, trailers and trucks here and I've never had any problems? Trucks are always clean although a bit dented. But the insurance rider is so cheap I've never given it a thought. I've also never had any issues with the service checking in or out. I'd give service a 5 and equipment a 3. I say 3 because the equipment I've rented except for one sweet ride a few years ago is old but reliable. In February (2026) I rented a 15' truck one way to Phoenix. Truck was old and had no blue tooth to hook up to my phone but the ride was nice and it handled the Oklahoma wind amazingly well. It's a gas guzzler as expected using a quarter of a tank every 90 minutes of driving. Could have been the hills or the wind? Anyway had no trouble keeping up with the speed limit and I had it fully loaded. Really good experience.

We hired Soft Touch Moving in June 2025 to pack, move, and store our belongings in their…read more"climate-controlled" facility for four months while our new home was being built. About 4 hours into the re-delivery of our belongings by their crew, we discovered that much of our furniture and personal property which had already brought into our new home appeared to be covered in mold. The contamination affected our brand-new home and required professional remediation. As a result, we were displaced and forced to live in a hotel for 50 nights while the issue was addressed. The owner, John Craft, acknowledged to us that our belongings had gotten wet and remained on their moving trucks for a period of time during the hot and humid month of June. Despite assurances from the company's insurance carrier, we have received very little communication or resolution. More than seven months later, we still do not have our belongings and have had to retain legal counsel to pursue claims against both Soft Touch Moving and the insurance company. This experience has been incredibly disruptive to our lives. Based on our experience, we would strongly caution others before trusting this company with their belongings.
