A week later, my daughter went to the facility on a Sunday with a full car, ready to unload and the gate code did not work. Since the office was closed, the call center answered. They told me the issue was that my ID was never uploaded. I explained the entire situation, including that the onsite employee had received my ID and issued the gate code and unit number. They even contacted the district manager and claimed the issue was "fixed." After 45 minutes of back-and-forth, the gate code still never worked. I requested a refund the following Monday. It has now been over a week and a half (almost two weeks), and I still have not received my deposit. I keep getting the runaround with no resolution. This experience was disorganized, frustrating, and completely unreliable. I strongly advise anyone considering this location to stay away. I truly feel like I dodged a major bullet. I attempted to help the young woman with the copy machine and suddenly she made the copy just fine on her own and did not need assistance.
