I was a customer for 4 yrs. When I first began renting two units, there was a wonderful manager…read morethat was a gentleman who always provided excellent customer service. Throughout my time I had a total 3 units, and I referred many friends and business partners for this reason. After vacating my last unit on 10/13/2025 I turned in the last unit I had, in pristine condition along with the 2 keys and lock that I was originally given, however Ody the new manager did not provide me with any receipt or paperwork. Since I paid on the 1st, and left on the 13th, I thought I would get a partial refund and sent her an email asking when I would be receiving it. The response I received stated that I would not be receiving one without further communication. I contacted corporate to see why I would not be getting one, and corporate contacted Ody, which resulted in her retaliation towards me sending me three emails the next day and threatening to charge me an additional $15 for a key that I never received. Sadly, this was very unprofessional as all she needed to do was send me a reason as to why she would not be able to refund me since the 10th was the cut off date. I can no longer recommend this company due to the way they handled a simple question, resulting in a terrible customer service experience.

She asked all the important questions and provided me with key points of information that would be helpful for the move . She was also able to give me an approximate estimate regarding the timeframe and cost of the move. The day before the move, I was contacted for confirmation. Reed's provided my high-rise condominium with their Certificate Of Insurance . I was contacted by the crew 10 minutes prior to their arrival to let me know that they were on their way. Raz and Calvin arrived promptly at 8 am . They securely wrapped all my furniture and kyak and transported them to our new condo in a timely manner. We were extremely pleased with their professionalism and service. I shared with the crew that growing up in Bronx NY my dad worked for a moving company so I know how hard they work on what can be a tiring and difficult job. They damaged the piano and immediately called them the day of the move after discovering the damage. I sent them pictures of the damage and have not heard from them in over a week. I would not hire them and certainly would never use them again. Their silence tells you about their integrity.

From her attentiveness to the way she made sure I was getting the best offer, she made the entire experience easy. Long-time customer treated poorly by Assistant Manager Morgan. I've always had great experiences…read morehere until I dealt with her. What began as a simple question about why I'm paying $100 for a 5x7 unit when the standard rate is $54 escalated into her yelling at me and defensively justifying the overcharge. She claimed I should pay $100 simply because I'm an older customer, which makes no sense. Rather than addressing my concern professionally, she became argumentative and insisted that all customers pay more than the standard rate. For months, I've been paying $50 extra per month without asking for a refund--I simply requested my unit be adjusted to the standard rate (not even the new customer rate). Instead, she told me I'd have to move out of my unit and into an identical one to qualify for the lower rate. As a business owner myself, I would never tolerate an employee treating a loyal customer this way. Morgan's attitude is unprofessional, and this is not how long-term customers should be treated. I hope management takes appropriate action.
