I had to store a bunch of boxed items for a while, and this facility was less than 10 minutes from…read moremy house. I ended up getting a 6' X 10' climate controlled space. The indoor part of the facility used to be a supermarket or department store, so it is quite large. The whole place is clean, well lit, and the air conditioning is better than I expected. Nicely cool in the summer, and comfortably warm in the winter. My unit was on the end, right near the curbside door, but I noticed looking down the aisles that they are very wide, if you wanted to access your unit while the tenant across did the same, there would be no problem. The roll-up door worked smoothly, and the built-in lock eliminates having to buy or supply a padlock. There are always plenty of flatbed carts available. Not 24 hour access, but you can get in 7:30 am to 10 pm every day, holidays included. Office staff very friendly and helpful, and the managers live onsite. Even when the office was closed, a few times when I went to my unit, I saw one of the managers, so they don't close up the office and disappear. Although I didn't have a need for it, I noticed they have plenty of room for outside storage (like vehicles & equipment) and again, it is clean and well organized. If I ever need storage again, I will definitely return here.

Had we been notified as soon as it was discovered a lot more of our stored items could have been saved. After 2 days of boxes, furniture and other items sitting in water they were beyond saving and more damage was done. We were offered no assistance, they made no attempt to remediate the problem with fans or any process to dry the area out. After demanding another unit to move the dry items to, I was told I'd have to pay for 2 units.

Instead it was $45 ($12 extra for required renters insurance). More importantly, 1 month after the promo ended, they DOUBLED the base price & instead of paying $66.50, her monthly rate will be $126!!! Now we have to find another storage facility & get a truck etc to move everything! Horribly unethical pricing gimmick!

I was late to an appointment but it all worked out because Aaron was so kind! Such a gentleman. I'm so grateful - if he was that kind to a stranger I'm sure his customer service is more than 5 stars!!! I headed to get my tire replaced after my appointment and as I stopped at the gas station to fill up on the way a lady there needed her battery jumped ... I used my jumper cables to start her car and thought of Aaron as I did. Aaron is an example of paying it forward and the kindness continues.
