The movers damaged my futon and sofa. They were storing these items on their sides/arms vertically to save space putting too much stress on the frames and then the movers placed them on the bare concrete with no furniture pads to protect them. This scratched and damaged the wood and fabric. I feel this is just basic knowledge that these items should not be stored like that and require protection. Really disappointed and will never use again.
