What started as a reasonable monthly rate has gone up significantly, and the increases seem to keep coming. It feels like they get you in at a lower rate and then raise the price once you're already moved in and it's inconvenient to leave. The entrance is also terrible. It has a very steep downward slope that makes it difficult to drive in and out safely. The angle is so bad that my car was actually damaged while entering the property. For a storage facility where customers are expected to regularly drive vehicles in and out, the entrance should be much more accessible and vehicle-friendly. After being a customer for nearly a year, the experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Between the repeated price increases and the poorly designed entrance, I would strongly recommend looking at other storage facilities in the area before renting here -- especially if you plan on staying longer than a few months. .

The owners, Robin & Jason, were extremely helpful, pleasant and friendly. The storage unit was well built and immaculate, with smooth concrete floors as well as light switches and an outlet. Perfect for our needs. Further, the area is always monitored by cameras and well gated, making us feel a good peace of mind. Also, there were a few times I worked late and needed to access the unit past the regular hours and the owner was able to help me in. Amazing experiences throughout the rental period. Because of the excellent and well built unit, well-monitored area and great service by Robin & Jason, we will definitely continue to use them given a chance. I was on a time restraint and after looking at other storage facilities nearby, I decided to cancel the rentals and go to a different facility.
