There was no apology for the inconvenience, no offer to hold my package until someone who knows what they're doing can help me out, and of course no mention of a reimbursement. Just a shrug and the excuse that, "We don't know how to do this and the guy that's usually here is out." At this point, learning that this is the owner telling me this, I was frustrated. I asked him how something that usually take me less than 5 minutes to do is now going on almost 15 mins and why do they think that telling a customer that "we don't know how" is a help to anyone, and I am met with this guy giving me a "time out" sign right in my face like he was the referee who showed up to the wrong game. That was it. What kind of business owner acts like that? I went to the Longmeadow store the next night and was in and out in maybe 3 minutes with the employee even helping me carry my heavy package in from my car. Night and day difference. There's a reason why this place has so many negative reviews. Stay away.

As I don't drive I needed to have a ride to the new address. My ride couldn't do the later time so I had to scramble to find another. It's now 2:45 and no truck.
