He's complaining, making excuses, and it took a LONG time before he got out of the way. He was a sizeable guy and was just about to make me still tell him to step off. I wish the guy behind the counter was better at moving him along. The contracts were rather long and the checkout process annoying I guess even AFTER the annoying customer walked out (just my luck LOL). However, the trailer was nice, and the young man hooking it up was GREAT to work with and was there when I dropped it off. He's the entire reason (besides selection and location) this is a 5* review.

Don't trust them - take pics and document everything. Ask for a receipt immediately upon dropping off. Asking for a digital/emailed receipt - you can't trust the people that check in equipment at this location. I will be disputing the charges with my bank.
