That staff even told my 80 YO mother to follow up with Walgreens in Arizona regarding the issue. I called and talked to David, their pharmacist. He understood the discrepancy and the necessity to expedite re-dispensing her prescriptions to prevent health issues - hypertensive urgency. We were told to come for pick up within an hour. Later, David followed up on the process issue. Just to found out that my mother got enrolled to mail order system without her consent and the mail order distribution center is in AZ. This is what a good customer service supposed to be. Not to let your customers leg work for the resolution of the issue.

The pharmacy was busy but the employees were attentive and patient. I was able to provide my TriWest information and get my flu shot. Waited ten minutes after to ensure I was fine then I was free to go home. Thank you Walgreens for a pleasant interaction. Also, I've been to this Walgreens many times over the years and the employees are consistent with their service. Very kind. Whether it's getting a passport photo, purchasing at the front counter, sending UPS mail or pharmacy, their service is consistently positive. The products were stocked and the sales were abundant.

Luckily, there is this Chevron conveniently located on the northbound 15 Fwy or 76 on the southbound 15 Fwy. I chose Chevron because they are closer from the freeway exit. I pumped half the tank just to get home safely. I was planning to pump the other half tank at Walmart Gas which I did the next day later. I paid at the pump as usual. I didn't go inside the food mart though. Btw, this gas station is right next to McDonald's which is convenient to grab a quick bite afterwards or prior to pumping gas.
