The customer service at this Walgreens pharmacy was the worst I've ever experienced. Fatima being the worse one made me feel unwelcome from the moment I politely asked if they had a prescription medication in stock, and before even asking whether I had a prescription, she assumed I didn't and immediately turned her back on me. I understand the pharmacy was busy, but that's not an excuse to treat customers with disrespect. Working in customer service requires professionalism and basic courtesy, regardless of how busy it gets. The interaction was dismissive and unprofessional, and it left me feeling uncomfortable. I had moved all of my prescriptions from this Walgreens because of lousy service. I thought I'd give them another try since my dentist is just down the street. My dentist sent the prescription. I went over about 15 or 20 minutes later. Nobody in line. Walked up to the window and said I was there to pick up my prescription. I figured it might take a half hour or so. They said it would be 3 hours or more. I drove 12 miles home. 4 and 1/2 hours later, 9:00 pm, I get a text that my prescriptions ready. Will Never set foot in that store again. read more

What a change! The new female manager at this location has turned things around! My faith in this store has been renewed. We have shopped this store since its opening. Unfortunately over the past year it had declined dramatically, finally causing us to no longer use this store, but to drive to the Walgreens in Hesperia Road for the past year. Came in for a vaccination on a weekday. There was a very long line and no where to sit. There was a very tiny bench inside the window area that was already full. I sat on the floor for a while, but saw the line was not moving very fast and people in it were sick, sneezing and stuff, so I had to leave. This Walgreens is across the street from Rite Aid. I don't recall why I came over here and not Rite Aid because I normally shop at Rite Aid. Maybe they had something on sale that I wanted... that's probably it... just don't remember what it was LOL. My memory isn't as good as it used to be. Anyway, I find Walgreens prices to be a tad higher than Rite Aid. Funny, there seems to be one or the other in the shopping world. Just like Walmart vs Target, Costco vs Sam's Club, Home Depot vs Lowe's, and Rite Aid vs Walgreens... kinda like day vs night, heaven vs earth, etc. If you had a choice, which would you choose? The problem is I'm out of the pen attachments for Kwik pen insulin and their system won't allow them to fill the RX because they say I already picked them up! This is the first time they've ever gotten this RX because it was last filled at Kaiser Permanente November 2024. Cashier is always nice and always greets you when you come in.. no problem with the store aspects but the pharmacy is another story, they ignore you when you stand in the consultation line, until you actually say "Excuse Me". They don't carry some of the pain relief meds and act like you're a criminal when asking about them. I take care of a cancer stricken dying wife, I too have cancer and 6 herniated disks and two cracked vertebra. I can barely walk, Walgreens is two blocks from my house yet I've had to search high and low for a pharmacy that carries my particular pain med. I would transfer all my other meds there but not now. it is best to go there on off-peak hours if you can. we go to the pharmacy pretty often. sometimes it is swamped and other times relatively quiet. they have a drive-thru pharmacy window that is likewise- often has a string of cars where you might as well go inside. but the service is generally good when they get to you. the rest of the store is well stocked, nicely kept and does SOME postal/shipping services but not that many. read more

Horrible horrible customer service. I suggest from the most extreme form of insomnia which turns into a snowball and gives me anxiety loss of appetite and bad mood swings. I seen my Dr yesterday and she prescribed me a low dose of Alprazolam to eliminate the anxiety and awful feeling of dread at night which should help me sleep until we figure out a new game plan. Walgreens is making it so difficult to fill my subscription. Its affecting me so much that I cant get a normal 9to 5 since I hardly sleep. Not everyone abuses medication and actually needs meds to live a balanced life. I recommend AM PHARMACY. Very helpful and respectful. Stay away from big chain pharmacies. read more

I find that with most Walgreens the customer service is almost sickeningly over the top (Greet you on entry with a huge smile, compliment you, chat away and wish you a wonderful day on check-out etc) but this location goes so far in the opposite direction you'd think it was a parallel universe. No greeting when walking in..not even a smile from the woman burning a hole into my soul with her eyes. Time to check out, no one at the register.. what looks like a manager (different style shirt, cleaner looking gentleman than the other staff) over next to the photo counter having an obviously personal conversation with the woman working there. I say personal but it wasn't private, they were loud enough you could hear everything. I know he saw me go to the register, looked over at me and the woman waiting behind me.. but still finished his conversation before attending to us. No apology for the wait, not even a hello.. just walked up and started ringing up my items. When all was said and done I was the one to say thank you, have a great day when I left and only received silence in response. You'd think they'd be more on top of it since they're next door to rite aid but I guess they just don't care. Next time I'll be going to Rite Aid. read more

They said it's not there job to call the doctor to have them send it electronically. They left me waiting on hold for more them 30 min then when they answered they just hung up. Pharmacy sucks! you go in they are messing around hugging on each other takes 20 minutes for them to even recognize hey we got someone in line. after that they will give you an set time it will be ready add 30 mins to that due to more hugging and screwing around. If you talk to a manager you'll be on hold until they start to lecture you about why they need those hugs. instead of apologizing or offering decent customer service. read more

The Hesperia Walgreens at 15480 Main Street there pharmacy is lousy. Don't ever take a new prescription here especially if you're getting opiates like Norco because they really really mess with you so much you want to cuss them out . But we need our meds so we bite our tongue. Or if you're prescribed 30 they will try and short change you only 10. Then for a refill they tell you there open on holidays (memorial day) and there not they lie to you to right to your face. I had clinic call in my prescription for a quicker fill , but not here when i arrived 30 mins later they said "oh let me check the voicemails" then they said itll be 30 more mins ,waited 30 minutes in parking lot went back and then she said pharmacist is out for lunch so wait another 45 minutes. I dropped off two papers with prescriptions on them and the guy took it I said I would come back because he said they were busy and one had my name one didn't. But why he didn't freaking staple them together or put a paperclip on it to make sure they knew it was for me is beyond me. At this point I'm trying to call again right now to see if they are even ready with my other med and no one is answering the god damn phone can someone in there answer the damn phone.
