A) what is "usual"? Where is the definition of usual on the website? I am a normally built Caucasian woman. That's pretty usual. I do look Hispanic in the right light. B) Whose fault is it that things 'took a bit longer?' The skill piece is on her, not me. I have never had this experience anywhere else and hope that other salons won't pocket an extra few dollars for their own convenience, especially when a good tip was already provided. Stylist should be fired for grift -- if she does this to two customers a day, each weekday, that's $200.00 a month. You can be certain that I will not be returning to or recommending this business.

From the moment I met her , I loved her personality. The owner Demeka is very talented. She has styled my hair in a number of ways that I have admired and have received numerous compliments on . But I loved her work and she was so local that I chose to stay with her. More recently there's been times I've reached out to her for an appointment confirmation & shes told me that shes running late or is unavailable for my scheduled appointment-this being within an hour or two of my actual appointment & I reaching out to her. She rarely reached out to me to let me know she'd be late or unavailable for my appointment . Communication definitely needs to improve.
