When I spoke to the manager, Aliyah and Nikki (another waxer) came out of nowhere and were incredibly rude and dismissive. They insulted me and accused me of lying about my skin care routine. Ashley, the manager, was nice and did her best to damage control, she refunded my wax and returned my tip. Truthfully Aliyah did a terrible job and her attitude on top of it was unacceptable. But the run around with customer service or the location manager at Cherry hill has not been pleasant. The package expires in one year even though it doesn't say so on the promotion. I called prior to buying this package and asked and was told no expiration date. I wouldn't have bought if it's there's a one year expiration because I don't personally need to wax monthly. Always check your account that you're being charged correctly. I bought the bundle and see that I'm charged $40 per visit and management is telling me I'm actually being charged $69 per visit which isn't matching what I see so that's suspicious. Which means I bought the bundle but didn't actually save any money. Just don't buy the promotions as it's a scam at least in my case.

Finding an Indian-owned salon to get my brows done in South Jersey was hard, until I found Padma's. Voorhees has a wide variety of Indian-owned stores ranging from clothing, to food, to salons. Padma's offers many types of salon services and henna. I have now been going every few weeks for my brow threading over the course of several months. Padma's is located in a strip mall in Voorhees. It's not your average fancy or aesthetically-pleasing salon. However, it offers a good variety of salon/spa services as well as Indian wedding makeup. The women who work here are dedicated and do a great job. Because Padma's is well-staffed, they are able to accommodate a good number of customers at once. For eyebrow threading/waxing, appointments aren't required. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes to get my threading done. Overall, I really like this place. The women who work here all do a great job. While they're not focused on exceptional customer service, they still do their best to make conversation and be friendly. For anyone who is familiar with foreign-owned businesses, Padma's has some of that sentimental "back home" feel. Their pricing is also much lower than others in the area; they charge $6 for brows and $4 for upper lip. This place is a true gem; I always make sure to plan my threading around the times in the area.
