There was not a phone call requesting permission to add $500 worth of work. Project was completed and we had little options if we wanted to collect our car. Talking about having us over the barrel. Adding $500 of non-permission work is very sketchy. The job with these guys actually cost more than the other quotes we received. Be weary of a low bid here and concerned your project will cost more even without permission to proceed.

Terry put my truck on lift and chained down the truck so his hydraulics would bend the bumper slowly back into place. I liked seeing the repairs being done to my truck. Terry had a good sense of humor and the Texas BS got deep as he made good repairs to my truck. Since then I took my two trucks there for other necessary repairs. I like dealing with honest people especially with a local family business.

He went out there and basically ripped off everything he just did and then set my car down on my $900 rim and tried to say he didn't work on it, But I have him or whoever on the phone admitting to it on recording. I was also charged two extra days. I was told if I had a problem with it I could take him to small claims court and that's exactly what I'm doing I recorded every interaction.
