"Extreme Clean"...that must be a joke right? I have an SUV and took it in for an exterior wash and interior vacuum with basic cleaning. After the cleaning was finished, they pulled my car around it had obvious spots that didn't get touched on the exterior. When I opened my door it literally looked like they did nothing besides clean the windows. I would call this a half a$$ed job for sure! I was so frustrated when I left, that I didn't bother even complaining. I took my car straight to a drive through car wash, which is what I should have done in the first place. Unfortunately I had to do the vacuuming myself. After all was said and done I think I ended up spending $25-30 at Extreme Clean and another $10 to take it through another car wash (not including my free vacuuming labor), not a cost effective way to clean your car! To sum it up: Don't waste your time or money! If I could have given zero stars I would have. read more

Honestly did an awful job. Windows were smeared and there was still dirt inbetween the seats. I asked for an interior and exterior detail and they didn't do the exterior at all and did a job worse then my 10 year old neighbor would do on the inside. This is the last time I will EVER take anything to Extreme Clean. We just purchased a car for our grandson. The car runs ok but was filthy. We dropped the car off at our 8 am appointment and got the call that it was done around 4:30. We paid $130 and took it home, at which time we noticed that the car had not been washed at all. OK, whatever, but hubby had definitely requested special attention to the interior. He noticed that around the floor mats there was a line of sticky filth so deep we could scrape it off with a fingernail. The stick shift knob still had crud on it, as did the steering wheel and most other areas. We spent the next few hours re-cleaning the interior - mats, armrests, door panels, seats, and more. It was as if they had forgotten about the car until it was nearly closing time and had someone to a quickie clean. Don't waste your hard-earned money on this place like we did. read more

I thought the price was reasonable for a thorough cleaning. The car took longer than quoted, so when I went to pick it up, there were still a few things left to be done. They were very polite and friendly, and offered to take care of the other things the next day, at no charge of course. The car looked great. I just picked up my 2007 Tacoma and I couldn't be happier with the results. I've never taken a vehicle to a detail shop before and I'll have to say I'm totally impressed. I had a couple pretty good scratches in the paint I'd pointed out and was quite happy to see they were able to make those disappear. I needed a rental car for the day and the owner was happy to give me a lift to Kendall Toyota to get a rental. He also picked me up and took me back to his shop when the work was done. I really feel he went the extra mile to help. I was going to sell my truck but it looks so good I think I'll keep it a few more years. Great place and the help was all very friendly to boot. It sounds like Extreme Clean is moving to a new location on 6th Street in a couple weeks. I'd take a couple extra minutes to locate them because they do wonderful work. read more

I needed our van, which had been kept outside, detailed quickly for selling. I couldn't get the van to them except on a Sat afternoon. Extreme Clean graciously accepted an appointment even though I couldn't get it there until 2 hours before they closed. They did an outstanding job. There was residue from moss along the windows and they got it all off. The top of the van also had a lot of debris and moss. Great customer service. read more

Took my car in for a mini detail, because the place I usually go to couldn't fit me in for an appt. Took an hour and a half, so I figured they'd do a great job. But no, I got SWIRL MARKS & SCRATCHES THROUGH my WINDOW TINT. I'm not sure how they managed to carve through my tint, because I've never seen that happen before. was there last week just prior to my lease end so I had to get it clean lest the leasing company would screw me to the wall with charges. It had a lot of dog, I mean a lot of hair..white hair on black upholstery and they got it clean. Their price was reasonable and their work exceptional. I purchased a "groupon" for this company expecting the services of what i read and paid for. When i arrived and questioned the attendant about the hand Wax they told me this was an additional service i could pay for. Because i read everything before i purchase i knew exactly what was on that groupon and the services that were listed. After going a few rounds with the attendant i asked to speak to the manager. Once i got the manager on the phone and explained to him what i had purchased and what was listed, he still didn't believe me and told me that if i brought the description in he would honor the hand wax or i could just split the difference and pay 25$ extra on top of the what i had already paid for the groupon. As a consumer this was extremely frustrating but because i knew i was right i told him i would e mail it or bring it in. I had to contact Groupon and have them e mail me the original add with the FULL description of what i purchased. Ultimately i got everything listed on the groupon, they did a good job HOWEVER, the owner told me i was the ONLY one out of all the groupons they had fulfilled to actually get the services listed and raise the question. Of course it was Groupons fault according to him. So read the description and MAKE SURE you are getting what you paid for. read more

Paid $225 for full service and got a $50 job done. They called and said it was done.When I arrived could see the truck was not finished-they didn't clean the bed of the truck and some of the trims had not been done. I left truck overnight so they could finish. Picked up next day and it was done --but poorly. Excessive amounts of "shine" was all over the interior. DO NOT DO IT! The $85 Groupon sounded like a great deal, however, it turned out to be a huge waste of money and time! I scheduled an appointment at 9am on a Tuesday. I showed up and was told to come back at 6 or 6:30. 9 hours?!? Oh well I thought, I am getting a good deal. Came back at 6 and the car was just being finished up. I was informed they tried to get a stain out of the back seat unsuccessfully. Again, oh well, it wasn't a bad stain and it looks much, much better. I tip 20 bucks and am on my way. As I am leaving I have to use the windshield wiper squirters because the window is dirty. I start looking around and discover a lazy effing sh*t show. None of the windows had been cleaned, inside or out, they did not even Armor All ANYTHING! They did shampoo the floors, but I believe that is all they did. If you are not going to take your Groupon seriously, don't put them out for customers! To top it off, I have not received any call back after telling them that my car trash can is now missing and would like it reurned please. So I just picked up my car today from a full interior clean. I bought it May of '09 and never let it got dirty, until i left for a month when I went home to visit my family and left my car at a friends who was not allowed to use my car unless it was an emergency and if she did use my car not food or drinks unless it was water because I seen her car and there is mold growing on it, dont need that problem. But she ignored all my rules and came back to a gross messy car. Was not able to take care of it earlier because of school and didnt know where to go but when the smell got so out of hand I had to find someone. I took me hours to find this place on here and look to see what reviews were like. I picked this place because it was the best deal in town. I took my car in yesturday, i was suppose to be done at 9 today but wasnt until 2, which is fine since my boyfriend could drive me around and I wanted it to be clean and done right. It was done so much better then i ever thought! looks like when I just bought it, all the stains and grease and shit that was on the floor was gone!! I bought a Groupon for this company and was EXTREMEly disappointed. I paid 86 dollars which was a 246 dollar savings. They did not clean the inside of my front and rear windows or the rear-view mirrors. The exterior wasn't as clean as when I go through the automated carwash. I felt ripped off. read more

I have to say I was skeptical dropping my car off at a place I never stepped foot in. I live in Seattle and my car was in Eugene. Not only had I not stepped foot into the facility my car was a MESS! I had a horrible coating on 30% of my vehicle. I was positive the car could not be saved. Not only did the team at extreme clean fix it, they surpassed my expectations. I never once felt like a burden for dropping such a mess off to their facility. The team was mostly concerned with my satisfaction and that as apparent when they kept my girlfriend in the loop as to status, They team even went above and beyond by ordering special products to correct my nightmare of a finish. Again not once did any member of their staff give the impression I was a nuisance. This level of service is hard to find and I'm glad they put up with me, a customer, but a tough customer who still received top level service. They delivered on their promise and a 5 star review is the minimum I could do to recommend such a great staff and service! read more

Go to N Touch off Garfield. I would never go here again. I paid over $100 to get a full detail on my car and they did an awful job. To be honest my car was pretty clean so they didn't have to do too much. They about 8 cars there when I dropped mine of at 10 am. They said they would call me when it was done. They said it would take until 3pm. They were wrong on both accounts. I called them and they said to come in at 5pm. I came back picked up my car and took it to the gym for a class I was almost late for. When I had a chance to look at it closer they didn't clean really anything on the inside and the roof was still dirty. I took it back the next day and it took them another 2 hours to clean it. I asked about what they did to the outside, because they promised a special rain guard on the windows. They applied no such product and didn't even have any apparently. Don't do it! This is not a detail shop. They took a hose over our vehicle and called it "detailed!" Literally! I used a living social deal to get an interior detailing. These guys went to great lengths to make everything look nice, even got a very big stain out of the fabric of a seat that had been there for over a year. It took about 11 hours to complete the job, they stayed till 8 pm to ensure that I would have my car for the next day. Very friendly and professional service. read more

After going to other shops for estimates.I went to Extreme Clean and was impressed when the manager told me it would take 2 days, due to a very dirty headliner that they might have to clean more than once and did not want it to delaminate.No other shop even mentioned it.Still I was skeptical having never used an auto detailer before.My 2007 Kia Sedona`s interior was trashed.With 7 years worth of kid mess&stains, and hay ground into every inch of carpet,I did not think it would ever look good again.Boy was I wrong! They called me a day early that the van was done.Other than one spot between the third row seats,the van`s interior was awsome! Hay gone,stains gone, looked almost new! I normally do not write reviews.... But I feel like it has to be done! I am so impressed with this company. Mostly the quality of work and the attention to customer service really stands out. I am from out of state. I was in Eugene visiting family. During my visit I borrowed my sisters car. Needless to say there was an accident. I dumped my large mocha all over the front floorboard and between the seat. I did't feel right leaving the mess for my sister. I was driving by and saw the sign for detailing. I pulled in and was greeted right when I got out of the car. I explained what happened and showed the employee the mess. He promptly helped me. They were able to fit me in right then. And the price was reasonable. I waited in the waiting area and before long I was on my way. The car smelled better and looked way better then when I borrowed it. I will be recommending them to my family and friends and to anyone who reads this. read more

In early January we took two vehicles in to have cleaned and they did an excellent job. Three weeks later we took a mid sized truck in to be cleaned. They did the worst job I've ever had done. The console wasn't cleaned - in fact it was still sticky, and obviously completely missed. The truck of the bed hadn't been blown out or rinsed, the windows were streaky, and the inside was soaking wet--much wetter than the first two. There were stains on the seat that I was able to get out with my carpet cleaner, so I know they didn't use any kind of stain remover on the seats. Under the seats wasn't vacuumed and the inside of the doors still had wrappers in the holders, so I know nothing was done there, either. The interior didn't look shiny like it usually does. To add salt to the wound, they raised their prices $40 in the three weeks since we had the first two vehicles done. I would recommend a careful inspection if you have your truck done at Extreme Clean. I don't think the owner or manager checks the vehicles or this would never have happened. read more
