They did a level kit on my truck and put on 4 new tires. The did nothing to adjust the chamber so by the first rotation the front tires where basicly shot. The tire manufacturer stopped making that particular tire in the mean time so I ha e to replace all 4. Extremely Disappointed - False Advertising and Terrible Customer Service I ordered from Extreme Customs and was completely let down at every step. They advertise a military discount, but that's simply not true. I logged in through my verified veteran account, and the pricing was exactly the same as when I wasn't logged in--no discount whatsoever. On top of that, they claim to provide lug nuts with their wheels, but when my order arrived, there were none included. My vehicle was already torn apart, so I had to run to O'Reilly's and buy a set just to finish the job. When I called to address these issues, I received some of the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. The representative was rude and dismissive. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, he told me he was the "highest up" and refused to transfer me--then hung up on me. This entire experience was beyond frustrating. Between the false advertising, missing parts, and lack of professionalism, I will never purchase from Extreme Customs again and will make sure to warn others who are considering them. DO NOT GO HERE!! I ordered a set of wheels, online, with a 2-3 day arrival time. 3 days into it and 8 phone calls with no response, I drove up there. They told me the wheels I ordered won't fit, yet they are listed for my vehicle. Ok, fine. I bought a set that they had in stock that would "fit". They didn't. During this, I was supposed to get a refund for the difference in the wheel packages. The guy didn't initiate the return. In honesty my situation was messed up. So, they let me take multiple wheels back home to see which ones would fit. It came down to 2. The one that I picked, I couldn't get because I was told that the refund didn't hit my card(this is where I found it that it was never initiated) so I went with the other set. They gave my 2 different offsets of the same design. So I sent my wife in to have them fix it. The guy told her he wasn't going outside in the rain(seriously) and that a tech need to look at it. It was completely obvious. So it got pushed off almost 2 weeks. She goes in today and they tell her, we can refund you $150 or you can buy 2 new ones that match. ARE YOU KIDDING!! Once PayPal redirected me to the merchant website it didn't let me review or consent to the order. It automatically processed it. I purchased tires from them and had them mounted on to my truck. I have had these tires balanced four times since April of this year. They have been spun balanced as well as road force balanced. I've contacted the company and they said they shouldn't have to do anything about this. Not sure if these were blems but it sure seems it since they won't balance. I was going to purchase initially from Custom Wheel Offsets but I saw that Extreme Customs was a supporter of wheels for warriors. I really wish I would have NEVER seen that on their website. Couple of issues. #1 There was no voice contact with a single person. It was nerve-wracking because I was purchasing the most expensive rims that I HAVE ever purchased, and it was all done via email... #2 The website was very finicky. I had to close my browser out several times to get it to work. #3 is the deal breaker and the reason I will never work with or recommend Extreme Customs. They cannot have a billing and shipping address. I had my address on the purchase and when my transaction would not go through, I updated "MY BILLING ADDRESS". So extreme customs took it upon themselves to use that as my shipping address and never tell me. There was no popup or any type of notification to let me know I had just changed my address. So, I purchased the most expensive setup I have ever purchased which was almost 600 pounds shipped 7 hours away from me.... This was in my top 3 most terrible online purchases of my life. Mind you my first purchase was in 1999. What made it terrible was the fact that from the owner on down, all I got was "we cannot change the shipping address". Which was a lie. read more

Great install and prices except when went to rotate in the 5th wheel I quickly realized that EC had not bead balanced the 5th wheel even though I had paid for 5 22/37"wheels and tires mounted and balanced. This purchase was made along with a lift for a grand total if almost 7 grand. After contacting them I got the run around by both email and text. They wanted pictures and documentation. Understood, I provided all that they requested and even had the shop manager at Discount tire state that they could contact him as he confirmed that there were bo beads inside 5th wheel. Extreme Customs stopped responding and blew me off for several weeks. Once I left a bad review on Facebook some asshat manager texted me and asked for proof that the whee was not balanced? The wheels they sent were $80 cheaper each, so $100 off was not happening. So they told me to send them back for a full refund. So I sent them back. FedEx states they have been delivered and yet no refund has been issued to my credit card yet. And when I try to call them no one answered phone. I then went on their chat online and waited. I purchased tires and rims online. It started with an online chat with Taylor Huismann and then went to a phone call with Taylor. I specifically wanted to speak with a specialist to ensure whatever I was purchasing was the right size to fit and function properly. Taylor said these would fit. I specifically told him that I didn't want a lift kit for it to fit. The day after I placed the order, Taylor calls and said he forgot to tell me that I need a leveling kit. I was not familiar with this part so I purchased it. He said the tires were going to be 1.5" taller. I got everything in and put one steer wheel on. I could not turn the steering wheel more than a quarter to half revolution. I took the wheel off and took it to my mechanic and asked him to install the leveling kit and wheels. He said he would but it wasn't going to solve the issue. I told him to install them regardless. I wanted to see the outcome. My mechanic put them on and he was correct. I could now turn my steering wheel about 3/4 of a revolution. I called Taylor back and told him that I wasn't happy and they don't fit. He said they will fit and I said yes, they fit on my truck but I can't turn my steering wheel. One of my tires is already ruined because of this, my bumper is ruined. Talk to your mechanic before buying from Extreme Customs because their sales people will try to sell you something that won't work or at least Taylor will. Either no integrity or he lacks product knowledge. Did I mention my truck is a 2019 Ford Platinum? Hopefully this review will get somebody else to respond to my problem and make it right. Every time I have called, I get their voicemail box. Honest business will earn a customer for life. Dishonest interaction with a customer can sink the ship. I will say the wheels were everything I hoped for. They have a helpful YouTube video link they send educating the customer on receiving the shipment to ensure the product is not damaged. A 1 star rating might be dramatic but I hate feeling like I've been lied to. Hopefully Taylor learns from it and does better on the next one. read more

I purchased a wheel/tire combo from extreme customs in January of this year. I was quite pleased with the customer service, payment, and shipping/delivery experience. I was assured the tires would be mounted and "road-force-balanced" before they were shipped to me. Once on the truck the wheels rode somewhat rougher than the stock wheels, but then again they were larger 10-ply tires. There was also a noticeable rhythmic bounce at certain speeds. After a few weeks, I had them professionally balanced at my local service Center, and the ride was improved to some degree. The noticeable bounce however did not improve. After several weeks, I returned to the service center as the bouncing had become quite pronounced particularly at highway speeds. It was noticed during the balancing process that one of the tires was significantly out of round. I sent an email to Meer Rasheed at customer service with extreme customs, who applied for a warranty of that tire and was approved. I was informed I would need to dismount the tire and ship it to extreme customs to process the warranty. I was not thrilled with the prospect of $110-120 of shipping cost to get it there, but was willing to to get this resolved. I was later notified I would be responsible for return shipping as well, which is not acceptable. By Extreme Customs' own admission that they "road-force-balanced" these wheels, a wheel this significantly out of round should have been noticed and exchanged, but they shipped them out anyway. I was sold a flawed tire and now I am left with $250-$275 shipping cost. I have informed the Better Business Bureau of Wisconsin of this matter. I had previously read similar complaints of good customer service with extreme customs UNTIL money changed hands, then the customer was on their own. I didn't want to believe it and was willing to take a chance (which I'm sure many of you will do too). I would advise anyone looking for wheels, tires, and/or suspension systems online to consider these reviews seriously. I've officially been stung by extreme customs and you can too. read more

Ordered wheels and tires and received them quickly. I was happy with the quick turn around time on a shipping order. But I quickly realized that I had the wrong rear axle center caps. I was also shipped 31 instead of 32 lug nuts. I went ahead and bought one at a local parts store instead of even bringing that up to them. I called the following Monday and let Oscar know of this issue. I did however have to call him a few times because he never called me back. He said he would take care of the wrong center caps and that they would be shipped directly to me from RBP. It has been three weeks and I still do not have the correct center caps. And during that three week time period I have lost the tape weights off of one of my wheels already. They are 20x9 wheels and are not even close to hitting the calipers so it was just a bad weight or poor installation of the weights. As I said, i was happy when I ordered the wheel tire combo but after they got paid I guess customer service doesn't care about the follow through. I have even contacted RBP directly to see how much trouble it would be to get the correct center caps. They said they would ship them to me If I would cover the shipping cost. I am waiting on Extreme Customs to do their job first before spending more money. read more
