HORRIBLE customer service and AMATEUR piercing workers. I came here to get a nose piercing and left with a stud way too small that resulted in my skin healing over the piercing, and the stud sinking into my nose, which resulted in me having to push it up and break through my skin every morning for it to stop. Because the place was not open on Mondays I went to a different spot to get this problem fixed ASAP. The other spot charged me $35 and when I told the owner of this establishment about my problem to be reimbursed, they told me in my face that was not their problem, and that I should have waited to come to them, even if I was on the verge of having an infected piercing. absolutely rude, inconsiderate and terrible establishment who has no guarantee of their workmanship, therefore come here at your own risk. read more

I got a nose piercing here the other night which was fine. Everything in that regard went well and my one star has nothing to do with that service. After I got pierced my husband purchased CBD oil. We had emphasized how important it was that we got a product that does not get you high because we have had two instances in the last couple years where we purchased a CBD product that had extreme psychoactive effects on him. We learned later that CBD doesn't have strict regulations on it and you have to be careful when purchasing. CBD does wonders for my husband's anxiety but it's very important that he not use a product with high THC content because he has top national security clearance with his profession and this was emphasized to the guy we were buying the CBD from. The product we got was about $100 which for good CBD we don't have issue forking out. After we left we went to a bar and shortly after arriving my husband became extremely overwhelmed by THC effects, and not in a positive way. I had to take him home because he was very uncomfortably high, couldn't socialize and became extremely introverted. The next day a positive home test kit told us what we already knew. When I called the shop, my intentions were to get an exchange for one of their "isolate" products which usually have CBD only. But as soon as I began explaining what happened, the guy on the phone became aggressively defensive, wouldn't let me get a word in, and pretty much called me a liar. He said that if my husband came up hot for THC it was from something else, and wouldn't listen to me at all with how messed up my husband got from the product. The way this man treated me on the phone was disgusting. The cbd claims to be made in Colorado but when I looked up the website, it was a Rochester phone number, so I'm pretty confused with that too. So now we have a $100 bottle of product that he can't use, and even if they can't take returns or exchanges, the aggressiveness of this man was completely unnecessary. When I said I really didn't want to have to go to Yelp to post a review, he snapped that I was threatening him now. That's what customer service looks like at this establishment. read more

wife and i went in for our first piercings and new ink. the whole time there -about three or four hours- we were treated with respect. the whole crew explained everything and we walked away happy campers. totally recommend Extreme Graphix. I went to get my septum pierced 1 week ago. And it was a great experience. The piercer was knowledgeable and kind. Showed care, it was a good experience. BUTTTT I went back in today, 1 week after I got the piercing and asked for a replacement ball bcuz 1 of the original ones came off and went down my sink. I walked in and asked for a replacement and the young girl seemed nice. But said I couldn't buy just a ball (when the man on the phone said they could) and I'd have to buy the whole ring too. Ok whatever, bought it and went to leave but couldn't get the ball on. I was panicking. So I went back inside to ask for help to see if they could pop it on for me real quick bcuz of the special tool they have for it. Well the girl looked at me like I had 3 heads and made me feel like an idiot. Saying "well we'd have to wait until she is done with her other piercings and she might charge you for it" UMMM NO? I JUST got this pierced HERE and youre charging me FIRST for a replacement ball... and YET ANOTHER charge to put a ball on for me? I waited for a good 20 mins and ended up leaving bcuz the kid at the front desk made me seem ridiculous and stupid in front of EVERYONE else in there. For asking for help for a piercing YOU JUST DID AND I PAID FOR?!?! I've been incredibly upset about this all day and completely embarrassed. I'm super disappointed in how she conducted business for one of their clients today. read more

Took my sister in law to get her nipples pierced and we waited over an hour for the apprentice to peirce her actually boob (the areola) not her nipple. She was tried to be convinced it was in the right spot even after the manager came over to look at it. After telling her she wasn't getting a refund she agreed to get both nipples re done in the right spot. 130$ for being a Ginny pig on an apprentice that has never done the piercing before nor was so being supervised while doing it on me. Highly not pleased! And than was disrespectful to me after waiting over an hour and not getting not the piercing done right. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! read more

My first ink ever. They made the entire experience from design to the actually visit pretty smooth. Marbles was my artist and I would definitely recommend. The color is great, the after care instructions were accurate and thorough. I almost fell asleep in the chair, I was so at ease. Am I going back for more? Absolutely! went in yesterday to get my septum re-pierced (i had it done years ago) and the young girl at the desk seemed very nice at first but acted like it was a slight issue that we were piercing through scar tissue but still wanted to do it. well she gets me in the back and feels around for a few minutes, long enough that it was kind of awkward and uncomfortable to "make sure" she finds a spot that it's not through scar tissue? she then tells me it's her favorite but also least favorite piercing to do (great to hear!) ends up clamping me and stabbing into my cartilage for a good 20 seconds but couldn't get the needle through, she then stops and gives me a break and the older woman comes into the back and asks if she's got it. she insists she can do it and explains it's because we are piercing through scar tissue that she can't find the spot to pierce through. she then tries again and does the same thing a second time, which now i'm in pain and bleeding pretty bad. then she proceeds to tell me the piercing just can't be done on me. i gave her $73 before this process began so it was a $65 piercing with an $8 tip and got back $65 but didn't know until i got home, i live 35 minutes away. please extreme graphix for the sake of mine and other people's well-being don't have people doing piercings that they simply are not capable of or trained enough to be doing! my scabby septum would be very appreciative of that read more
