I hired a private investigator to serve him the complaint. Discovered that he also lives in a small ramshackle home in Perris. Him and I will have yet another date at the small claims court until he pays. He is decietful, dishonest, and a fraud. I know from the experiences I am now dealing with through hiring him. He is about 30 something, does not dress well, wears dark framed corrective lenses, and has a half dozen tattoos around his neck and ears. And he drives a beat up late model Japanese car, not a single straight line on his car either.
