Ricardo handled the install on my Viofo 3-channel setup that I brought in myself, and the work came out very clean and OEM-looking. Wiring is tucked away nicely and everything functions properly including parking mode. You can tell these guys have experience and take pride in their work. The install was smooth, straightforward, and professionally done. Now that I've seen the quality of their work firsthand, I'm even considering coming back for a custom VW OEM-style audio upgrade that Jimmy said he'd be willing to install as well. The owner Tony is very personable and friendly and accommodating. We had a nice conversation the entire time he was working on my car as if we were friends for years. This place is a hidden gem and 5 star spot, I highly recommend I may have prematurely misjudged this place after one experience. I went back to have them do a system installation and the guy never showed up and would not even answer my calls, after scheduling an appointment with me for the very next morning. I was there at the agreed on time and waited for an hour and a half before it became obvious he wasn't going to show or take my calls. Business must be pretty good for him to treat customers so poorly but he won't be getting anymore from my friends or family and this can be considered a formal rescinding of my 5 star review. I don't have the skills to do what these guys can do, but I can recognize when a job is done right, and Stereo Warehouse is perfection. The attention to detail in the wiring is on another level. Sam recommended three choices, depending on how much I wanted to spend, and even the most expensive choice, a JL Audio RD amplifier was more affordable than what I've spent in the past, and I'm loving it! He let me test multiple subwoofers before finally picking the JL Audio Microsub that he originally chose for me. He knows how to design a system. I'm blown away by how much I'm enjoying this system. I have a very small EV and was limited by what I could fit, but I'm seriously enjoying it more than some much larger and more expensive systems I've had in the past. I came back the next day to have a dash cam, front and rear, installed in my wife's Lexus and they were finished before lunch. I'm extremely happy with the installer who worked on both of my cars. It comes with Apple CarPlay and such but since my power chord for my phone is a little busted I can't even use it properly so I just use Bluetooth and it works really well! Only downside is the occasional disconnects every time I switch gears which is a little annoying. Some of the parts are marked up a little and if your a college student like me then I'd recommend you find the parts you need first for a cheaper price and then go to them for their service. I paid a little more than I needed too but I'm not complaining. Only if you need to save those few extra dollars. Overall the team were very nice, negotiable, respectful, and overall very professional in their work. I look forward to returning for a tint job when I'm free but overall great experience.

After much consideration, I decided it was time to replace her stereo with something that had a few more bells and whistles. I wound up putting a project out and collecting bids with the best experience coming from Planet Stereo. Gilbert offered a great price, now let's go through the actual installation. I was quoted $500 out the door for a mechless receiver and all of the aftermarket parts to install. It was quite a steal. After looking up the specific stereo, I figured this was acceptable and made the drive. Gilbert suggested the install would take about 2 hours, so I planned for a good amount of time for this. Now, it did take longer than expected. However, I was warned of that when I arrived, as they were busier than normal the day I opted to drive over. They do have a lounge area where you can sit and watch TV while you wait. I would suggest bringing something to snack on. There are some restaurants somewhat nearby, but refreshments while at the store are lacking. That said, I was comfortable enough watching a Rams game while they worked away. The result was a perfect install. They did apologize for the length of time, but I was okay with that, since I got to watch the entire game. The gentleman working the floor (forgot your name, sorry!) walked me out to check out the job and show me some of the basic functions of the new deck. They did need parts that they didn't factor into cost, and included them at no additional charge to me. And the deck, while an off name, did have some very important features like wireless Apple CarPlay - a huge win at that price point. They even have a finance option, which can amount to 90 days same as cash (with small processing fee) or longer terms if needed. Great install, and great staff. Higher end options also available if you have the budget, which I did not.
