my husband went in to take our daughter to get a walk in hair cut and nobody seemed to want to help him. the lady forced to take him said she was surprised he was allowed to take his daughter to get a haircut because "she would come back with a fade." my daughter left the house smiling excited for a haircut to receive a picture with her looking so sad once it was done. i have been here several times before the location change and was happy with the service, not sure what is going on but we will not be returning. so disappointing to have to spend my time to write a review about a simple haircut my daughter was so excited to get. read more

Great haircut! Wonderful staff! My daughter and I tried to stop in last week without appt and we quickly learned that they do take walk-ins but they are very busy! If you don't have time to wait, you'll want an appt. I found the staff to be very nice and to the point. Extreme looks is my favorite place to get my hair done in Kingsburg. I lived there for 16 years until 2017 when I moved to Minnesota. But every time I go back, I still have Lorena do my hair because she's amazing. My grandma goes twice per week to get her hair styled by Lorena because she's unable to do her hair by herself anymore. My grandma is very picky and Lorena is the only one she trusts to do her hair. I would recommend this place to anyone in Kingsburg or the surrounding areas. For men, this shop is complete and utter garbage. They are unable to do a simple fade. I also asked for SMALL line part and received a parting the size of the Panama Canal. I was upset at the end of our transaction instead of helping me out I was met with shrugs. If you need a decent cut go literally anywhere else. Maybe stick your head in a lawnmower it might make for a better haircut. read more

I have lived in the area for less than a year. As a woman, one thing you hate about moving is having to find a new stylist. I've used word of mouth suggestions and tried a couple different salons. None were completely terrible. Just not a fit for me. I then tried Extreme Looks, another suggestion. All I was told was that I could see anybody there because everybody was good, so I gave it a try. Brianna did my hair. She cut and colored my hair. The color matched perfectly and she didn't attempt to chop off my long hair. What made her somebody I will go back to? This is the best place in Kingsburg to get your hair cut. I recently moved here after having the same person style my hair for over 20 years where I used to live and I was dreading finding a new hairdresser. My first experience was very shabby and the dresser was not at all approachable or friendly and it was a simple trim.. My sister said to try Extreme Looks and I did. I had Blanca do a special cut, not just a trim or something simple. She was very kind, listened to everything I requested and even did a quick style, at no charge, to make sure I would like it. Wanted to get a quick simple cut on a Saturday. I called Friday to make an appointment but was told no appointments, walk in only. Arrived on Saturday, 45 minutes before they close, plenty of time for a simple cut. Door was locked and we were turned away. Lo and behold signage on the Windows say "Walk-ins and APPOINTMENTS welcome." So either an employee was misinformed or was too lazy to take down an appointment. Always great service! They consistently give great haircuts, fades, waxes, up-dos, etc. Do expect, at times, to wait a while without an appointment especially around holidays, pre-weekends, or right before the school year starts again. But you can always call ahead and ask them how busy they are. You can't fault them personally if they have a high demand for their services, that's just because everyone in town comes here since they are really good and affordable too! read more

I've gone here for gosh at least 5 years I normally use Blanca she highlights my hair,cuts and styles it. She normally does a awesome job. Very friendly atmosphere, takes walk in's. Normally I make an appointment because of the time involved. I wasn't always happy with this shop had one lady who is no longer there that used to do my hair glad finally found Blanca she's the best. For example this last time she highlighted my hair I thought it wasn't enough highlights so I called her,she took me right back in and fixed it at no charge to me. Prices are about the same as most in this town, hair cuts 11$ full,normally for me it's hair cut,highlights,color & style runs any where from 65 to 85$ which is cheaper then other places I have tried. They are open on Sunday as well. I will certainly be returning the only place I do go for my hair.It's actually located in a small shopping mall, no problems with parking. read more

very friendly and fast service. a great place for kids and men and women of all ages. i went there one time and they had the place full. they also do pedicures and waxings. i take my son who has special needs here and i wouldnt take him anywhere else. we love the staff and you cant beat their prices only 11 dollars and includes a shampoo. their newer staff tho like less than a few months of experience are less to be desired bc they are fresh out of school and dont know what they are doing. but the sisters that own it and their orignal staff are amazing. so much better than super cuts or great clips! very busy sometimes so please make an apt! read more
