A hole was required to be drilled into the granite above my sink to fit the RO faucet and after the install, the faucet looked it came with the place! The install underneath the sink and the cabinet next to fridge was done very cleanly which maximized the amount of the cabinet I am able to use. The installers were cordial and went as far as to perform the water drain needed through the filter for me so I didn't have to sit there with glasses and constantly dump them in the sink. Guess what? I get a call, and all that is said is "that was a system generated email for all new installs".... and appt.for a week from today.
