After 5 minutes or so she comes back and she says that it's stuck behind a pallet. She called over to a guy and ask for help. the guy end up being the manager of the store. He told me that he was not going to get the chair out because it was behind other pellets that he would have to move. He kept telling us to go online and order it but we wanted it then. He also said "it will take me an hour and I'm not doing that on a Saturday afternoon" I was very disappointed and will now consider taking my business elsewhere.

They have a good selection and variety and offer great stuff at great prices. I come here for a lot of my international foods and furniture, home stuff and kitchen stuff. I have experienced excellent customer service. Recently I was looking for an olive oil container that I had previously purchased at another location, but somehow in a move lost it. I asked the cashier and since I was the only one in line--she took me to their little laptop, looked up the item, found it wasn't in the store, saw they couldn't order it, but directed me to login to my Explorer account, helped me do so (I was holding my 7month old baby), wrote down a coupon code, helped me figure out how to order the item--took us like 10 minutes and was super helpful, accommodating and cheerful. I started looking at cars about a week ago, maybe two and have had a really crazy schedule with work, the military, and life in general. She put ZERO pressure on me and even after test driving two cars and not getting back with her for a few days. Most dealerships text and call over and over and over again. When I was finally available to come in and make a decision she was so patient with me. I had them bring another vehicle up from a different dealership they work and they had it ready to go the day after. That night I sat down with their finance guy and decided that I wanted to wait one more night to make sure this was the car I wanted. It was a little more than I had anticipated spending so I just wanted to sleep on it more night. Everyone in the facility was so kind and did not make me feel pressured AT ALL. I came in the next morning, test drove one more car to make sure I knew the one I was buying would be worth spending the extra money. The process was fast and easy. I felt that this was the most honest and reasonable dealership I had dealt with. Their document fee is only $199 where most are $299-$800. The extended warranty was a steal and the whole team was so great to work with. When I'm ready to get a new vehicle again I will definitely be coming here.

The company buys case lots of over runs gets them for pennies on the dollar then re-sale to us for the dollar. Personal note in Seattle they had a second hand store that you could sell your own products. Dollar tree also has tools and other items that I would buy for a dollar group in two and sell for 5.00 some I would sell for 4.50 the percentage from the store was 10% of sale, all I had to do is once a week restock. Point of this is the quality of the products are worth more then a dollar to those buying who didnt think to shop in the dollar store. Did I get Rich? No but I did last year make 640.00 just when I was in town I made 2 stops, yeah Im retired so it was something to do.
