I don't know why I called them back, knowing that they didn't take care of the first issue, thinking they would take care of the second issue. I went to store number 79 on Sam Rittenberg Boulevard on October 20 and went to three different gas machines, put my card in for gas and it told me try a smaller amount than 2M. Then it rejected my card. I went inside to have to pay for my gas. Explained the situation and the girl kind of mumbled something and I asked her what she said, and she said huh. After I was done, I wanted to clean my windshield and there was nothing in the windshield washer area and the trash was overflowing. I went inside the store to get lunch items after ringing my order up, I asked the young lady for my receipt as she walked away from me. When she came back, I asked her if corporate's number was on the receipt. She handed it to me with rudeness stating that I should have been nicer and I explained to her I was not rude at all. I just asked you was corporate phone number on the receipt. I proceeded to call corporate leaving very detailed information including time, date, store number, and exactly what happened. I was greeted with somebody that says that they pride themselves on customer service. I was happy to know this was going to be taken care of and just a fluke. So today, October 21 I went back because I needed air in my tires. They were very low and as I was trying to put air in my tires, the air machine was not working. The machine actually took air out of my tires when I was pressing in thinking it was putting it in. The trash was still overflowing. I have a picture to show proof. I then had to ride to another gas station, which was not even close and now tires were even lower. I called back to the customer service rep Canyon and explained the new and old visual issues. (I was already upset. I know I should have not called but I thought based on our previous conversations she cared. Canyon said the manager wrote 2 hours ago he would take care of it immediately. He did not!! I was trying to explain myself, but then I was told that they couldn't physically do anything about it until two hours ago when they personally spoke to me. I explained to Canyon, who told me that customer service was top priority that I was talking over her, and I was yelling which I was not. She proceeded to hang up the phone on me. So I called her back and before I could even get greeted, she answered the phone by saying if you're going to yell, I am going to hang up again. I politely said I am not yelling at all. You will not let me talk. You will not let me explain and you're saying things repeatedly when all I'm asking for is help. At this point I asked her to get me a manager. I was then presented with the fact that she is customer service manager and I said no I want a manager above you because I can't believe that you guys are treating people the way that you're treating people. I got a manager on the phone, but by this time I was so upset I just wanted to file a formal complaint. It should have never gone this far and I just told the lady that I was going to write a review and I wanted to file formal complaint. I went to the website and couldn't find the formal complaint form that she was talking about. It was the same complaint form where it had somebody call me back and I'm not gonna do that again. So here I am on yelp explaining the situation to customers who are going to be going to that location. Please don't! Please think twice. Don't waste your time and energy. It's supposed to be one of the best gas stations around and the customer service and the product is nothing but crap. Parker's Kitchen store #79 Do Better!

    This place is disgusting dirty & the people that work there are rude & lazy. The pumps are so slow…read moreit took at least 15 mins to fill up. They never have receipts at the pump & today I went in to get one. No other customers in the store & two clerks behind the counter. One eating donuts & the other playing on his phone. Finally after standing there for 10 mins they rudely said they couldn't print me a receipt & I would have to come back when the manager was there. The donut eating lady was yelling something at me as I left but not sure what she was rambling on about. Pretty sure she was on something. Save yourself time & $ & go across the street to that gas station. We are working down the street & have 8 trucks that we would of been filling up twice a week but not at this place any longer.

    At 5:50pm, October 24, 2022, I purchased gas and a premium car wash at Circle K store 2705121. I…read moreentered the car wash and as the car was receiving the tri-color polish, the car wash stopped. I drove my soapy car around to the store entrance and encountered one of the least helpful employees ever. The employee said her name was "Kay", but she said it with a smirk, and I'm not certain that is her real name. Mind you, she was looking at her personal cell phone for most of the encounter and barely made eye contact. Me: Hi, the car wash stopped working, my car is full of soap and I need a refund. Kay: We don't give refunds for car washes. Me: My car is fully soaped and I'm afraid it will damage the paint. Who can give me my money back for the service I didn't receive? Kay: You have to call the number. Me: What number? Kay: That number (points to a sign on the entrance door). I called the number which announced the customer service line closes at 5:00, so I listened to the voicemail prompts only to find I could not leave a message. I hung up. Me: Is there a manager or regional manager I can speak to? Kay: No. Me: How about the number of a manager I can call? Kay: I'm not giving you my manager's number. Me: I don't mean a personal number. How about an office number? What is the number of this store? Kay: We don't have a phone. (Yes, they do. I found it online as soon as I came home.) Me: Really? (I laughed.) Can I get your name? Kay: Kay Me: OK. Thank you (and I left). I proceeded down the highway with tri-color foam flying off of my car to the nearest car wash. By then, I had to scrub the residue off of my car. I usually come to this store because it's convenient. I've come to expect no windshield cleaner nor paper towels at the pumps. Pumps are out of receipt paper more often than not. The car wash is inoperable from time to time. This apathy I received from your employee is the final straw. She seriously ENJOYED being rude and unhelpful. Her smirk the entire time indicated she had no desire to offer any form of professionalism.
