Things started bad from the beginning. I'll make it brief but believe me when I tell you this bunch was a lot of headaches. Knowing my motor that I had paid him for was being delivered was a no show at 10:30 am on the day of delivery! I stood in the parking lot and watched my new motor be hauled off for redelivery because, although I had paid, the mechanic had not and driver could not leave the engine without the business owner being there to pay for it! 10:30am folks! Long story short, not very dependable to be at work, had to constantly go by just to make sure of work being done on mine to find others being shuffled in front of mine multiple times, asking for money before job is done, tells you he will take care of something and make it right but only talk, vehicle had multiple cosmetic issues that were non existent before turning it over to him, and all in all just very unprofessional. Do not recommend. My vehicle still isn't right and it's things he worked on and said he would make right. Headache from the get go. By the way, 2 months after motor was delivered before I got the vehicle back. This for a 12 to 24 hour job. Yes, it was a good price for labor but so what if you have to have someone go behind and clean up the mess?!?!

A co-worker dropped me off at 5:30pm to pick up my vehicle and nobody was there! The guy who runs the wrecker service was there but said he had nothing to do with the alignment shop and couldnt unlock the gate for me to get my car out. He told me his buddy would be there any min and could help me out. However, an hour later that guy hadnt showed up and the wrecker guy had left too. So there I sat stranded! I finally made a few calls and found out the owners name and phone number. I got ahold of him and he told me someone would come "release" my car. So an hour and a half later I finally got my ride, and guess who came to release my car? Yep, the wrecker guy I talked to in the beginning who said he had nothing to do with that part of the business. I was furious! What lousey poor customer service. This place is a joke, dont waste your time or money supporting a business with such poor regard for their customers!

We were stranded from out of town. We bought a truck that continually broke down . We had to leave…read moreit with him and return home. We had run out of medicines and other issues. It was towed 4 times before getting it home. It had been in 3 different shops. All had found things wrong. It kept throwing 18 codes. He was the only one that put things together. He found melted wires in the motor wiring harness. He gave us an estimate to repair it and had it repaired on time. The final bill was %25 lower than the estimate. He could have easily taken advantage of us but he's an honest person and very good mechanic. After we made it back home, he called the next day to make sure we made it. He is highly recommended.
