I have experienced a problem 3 or 4 times within the last year or so. I went by on my way to work this morning to put gas in my car; when I inserted my credit card into the slot, the dialog window stayed stuck on 'authorizing'. I went inside and was told that the credit card slots were not working; they could not even scan my credit card at the register, nor take cash, inside the store because nothing was working. I have never experienced this type of problem at any other gas station or convenience store. Does anyone know what the issue may be? The cashier was alone in the store, so she was not in a position to leave her station to do anything about the situation. There was no notification on the pump stating that there was a problem. Also, up until about a year ago, they could not seem to replace receipt rolls at the gas pump, so when I needed a receipt, guess what? I couldn't get one at the pump. Being pressed for time, rather than go into the store for a receipt, I made a brief notation in my iPhone for verification until my credit card statement was available online. Has anyone else experienced problems with this station?

I have been using this gas station for a number of years now and have generally satisfied up until the past few months. The employees, for the most part, are great when it comes to customer service. There is however one in particular that I have issues with and that is the store manager. Every single time I'm in there, she tries to push every promotion to buy more things in the store. Coming from a sales background myself, normally when a customer says no, they aren't interested. I could understand a few times, but for someone who, like me,visits multiple times per week who she recognizes and knows, makes me want to jump ship and go to another gas station. There have been occasions where I have asked her to "quit trying to sell me things and that I'm not interested", where she replies "fine, have fun spending extra money". Most recently, she asked for my Speedway card, in which I told her that I didn't have my card on me. Immediately, she flipped the touch screen and demanded that I fill out information for a Speedway card. I told her that I declined. She exited the screen, took my payment, and left the items that I purchased next to a bag on the counter and said "have a great day". Absolutely unprofessional and unexceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

It is just a standard self-serve gas station, though it is usually pretty busy. The WIlco on 70 and Guy Road often matches the price, and both are often cheaper than any place else I see in the Raleigh area.

The rep said he would assist and never came. I ended up grabbing a different coffee from the other machine. Even when paying and leaving the rep never showed up. I will stick to just gas at this location when necessary. They also don't carry 88 here. I prefer the other locations.

When we were moving to NC and out house hunting we stopped by this little store to get some drinks and snacks . We were greeted when we walked in . They sell local artisans crafts sooo cute! They sell fresh sandwiches and ice cream and as soon a we try those items I will let you know how they are but based on the crowd, they are delicious Highly recommend if you want a unique item for a gift or a good sandwich!
