I don't come inside very often. The staff weren't very knowledgeable regarding the coffee cup prices. I also ran into an issue with the coffee machine. The rep said he would assist and never came. I ended up grabbing a different coffee from the other machine. Even when paying and leaving the rep never showed up. I will stick to just gas at this location when necessary. They also don't carry 88 here. I prefer the other locations. read more

Have been in every day this week same shit on every order .no mayo, or peppers on double sauage, egg biscuit. Just left they remade biscuit 2 times still not correct. I guess if you cant read order screen with glasses get stronger ones. Attendent actted like it was a problem when i took it back in the second time .all i can say is hire people who can do there job, not stand there an look like a fucking idiot when someone is pissed because you didnt do your job right the first time. Love this Sheetz. Go-to spot for gas in the area. I like how it's pretty populated and how at night there is extensive lighting. Definitely makes me feel more comfortable than other gas stations in the area. The foooooood though!! Top tier. I'll stop here for anything from breakfast and coffee to a midnight sweets or snack craving. Good priced, good quality food (and this is just in general, not even compared to other typical gas station food), fast service and kind staff. This Sheetz ranges from a great place to fill up gas and air in tires, quick spot to pull off to use a clean bathroom, good place to find random necessities that you can't find elsewhere esp late at night (anywhere from windshield wiper fluid to feminine products to cat food) and above all (in my opinion) restaurant quality food. read more

Place is never clean always spilled drinks all over. Asked to have hot chocolate refilled and waited for 11 mins no one came like they said they would. Came back around 2 hours later still nothing and not a soul in sight to get help. read more

The establishment is clean, gas pumps are well lit and its convenient to get in and out. They have a full menu with easy to order touch screens. I have visited this location several times, but it's been over a year. I had family in town and they had us stop at another sheetz location, after being picked up at the airport. They ordered wings and raved about how much sauce they had and how wonderful they were. So naturally they wanted to visit sheetz again and we just went to the one closer to home. They ordered the same thing and the wings had barely any sauce. Also I ordered potato skins and they were missing cheese. I know, that's the weirdest thing, but it was not there. I did email sheetz and right away they responded and loaded another complimentary sheetz item on our card. Even though were disappointed, we will give them another try! read more

The gas prices aren't controlled by these guys so I won't fuss about that. However these guys can control what goes on behind the counter. Can you fux get an order correct? I want to apply this review not only to this store, but all of the stores in the Clayton/Garner/Knightdale area. I've been buying their cooked food since 2016 and I have to say that 9/10 their food is great. However, in these times of slackard youth help that simply doesn't know or care about the value of hard work and expect $15/hr for sloppy, slow, slackard customer service all of the Sheetz stores I've been to are very courteous. They also understand the sense of urgency that people want their food the way they want it, and there's never any griping for special orders. Even the bathrooms are usually pretty clean. They also have a great selection of other products that don't come from the kitchen or grill. read more

As a customer mostly this store deserves 4 stars. I would say 5 stars but every time I come through for a blue berry red bull they are out of stock and the ones that are in stock are unorganized and looks bad. Also, every time I order my favorite milkshake (heath bar milkshake) every single employee forgets either the chocolate garnish or the caramel garnish and I have to ask them to put it on there. I have gotten used to trying to get their attention before they put the lid on it and ask them for both. But the last time I did that the employee got an attitude and said she knew and it was on the recipe. it also kinda sucks that you can't add the caramel or chocolate drizzle on anything. If you ask for it, they tell you too bad because it messes up inventory. However, I give 1 star for the hiring process. I've put in multiple applications and get the run around about trying to get a job there. Everyone has hiring signs, but they do not get back to you at all. Even if you call them 40X's in a week to talk to the manager! Love the rewards though. read more
