If I had been informed, I could have decided whether to move forward with the repair. Instead, I was put in a position where I had no choice but to pay in order to get my car back. On top of that, after looking up the cost of the parts, it appears they mark them up by at least 40%. Proceed with caution. People don't write bad reviews for absolutely no reason.

I know my brake pads need attention, but they claimed I needed a brake fluid change -- even though I had it done just one year ago. Clearly a tactic to inflate the bill. On top of that, they told me that European cars like Audi need an oil change every 5,000 miles, which is simply false. Audi recommends 10,000-mile intervals. This kind of misinformation is unacceptable and feels intentionally misleading. I regret not reading the reviews or knowing price before going. This shop misleads customers and overcharges.
