Not happening I gave my name and number for owner to call, instead same manager calls and was very very very sarcastic and blew me off. Does she own stores???? Well she said don't come back in lol I spend a lot of money there on fuel and everything else!!!! What happened to customer first I don't know the not so smart boy I guess is worth more than my business and please understand he likes to be very rude and down right a smart ass!!!!!

This is one of those little, small town grocery/convenience stores that looks promising, has lots of character, etc. I'm looking desperately for a strong cup O' Joe - I'm on my way out to Winchester, VA to pick up a rug from Rugs Direct - and the place in Haymarket I was planning on procuring some caffeine from is now suddenly closed on Sundays! So I walk in, confident that I am close to achieving caffeine nirvana - I proceed over to the coffee station - they have one of those large pump thermos containers for the coffee after it is brewed. So I pump out a cup, I go to taste it, and it's stone cold. So I call over to the clerk, he comes over, looks at it, scratches his head, then goes and says something in some Asian language (not sure which it was) to a lady working behind the Deli counter - she says something to him, he comes back and tells me they have not brewed any coffee today - this is left over from yesterday. I'm thinking to myself: "Excuse me! What kind of place is this? Wouldn't you at least clean up at the end of the day and empty out old coffee and rinse out the thermos? I guess not!" I have no idea what anything else is like here - they offer sandwiches and other foods here - check it out next time you are driving through Marshall - let's see if we can elevate their star rating... He apologized and I walked out still on a quest... I'd give them zero stars if it were allowed.

This is a nice place. I understand why they have electric order kiosks, but I still don't like them. Sure it allows them to be able to hire less staff. They often cause delays and customer frustration. The store has a nice selection that are reasonably overpriced.

The only issue we had here was that the convenience store was terrible and the staff here was very rude. We would stop here again in the future, but next time we will swipe at the pump and we will move on.

When I decided to take a chance one late afternoon to buy chicken thighs and the shelf was empty. The crew does not appear to restock frequently when this happens. This is an issue at other local Trader Joe's, but the checkout line wraps well around the store if you come on a busy day. When the store is stocked and you can move freely around the aisles, it is a great experience. Despite it being smaller than other stores, I still find what I need a majority of the time. Other items like a graham cracker pie crust or tartar sauce I have to go to a larger grocery store. The staff is friendly every time I'm there as well. It is always a pleasant and smooth checkout experience!
