Extremely dirty. Highly doubt there's any attempt to periodically sanitize or clean the fuel pumps. But inside was my biggest issue. Used the men's room and it was absolutely disgusting. The stench was beyond normal. The filthy floors hadn't been mopped in what appeared days. Two urinals very tight with the stranger next to you. How can a business owner let their property go to hell like this? Let alone one of the first stations off the reserve exit so plenty of tourists get a nasty welcoming. I come to Missoula about 5x a year and I will certainly avoid. Now I see why I always use the station up the road a couple hundred yards. read more

Trying to use Albertsons rewards points at pump. It tells me I have 60 cents off per gallon. Now I try and use my card, both debit and credit the pump says it can't read my card. Okay so I go in to pay inside. The bearded man in the blue shirt helped me but now Everytime I enter my phone number he says it is invalid. Why the heck would the pump declare I have 60cents off but inside they declare it invalid. This is the second time I've tried to do this and this happens each time. Not only do I loose out on getting my discount but I feel like I'm being treated like I'm full of shit and lieing about having rewards. There is no respect, or concerns about my rewards from this employee who helped me both times. And to make it worse, the rewards from Albertsons is eligible at Exxon only and this is the only Exxon in town. Edit, there is other Exxons in town but for some reason this is the only one on Yelp. When owning a business, it is good to give the customer choices. Also, give them (or offer them) choices they may want. This Exxon does not do that. In addition to it somewhere between needing cleaning to almost there, I found that lottery is not offered there.(Back to offering the customer the choice). The person on duty said the owner does not want to have lottery. OK, that can be accepted since it is his or her business, but again, at least offering. The customer does not have to buy lottery. Upon further looking into this, it seems the lottery makes little money for the store. Last time I checked, a little is better than none. Also, the owner of a store that sells the winning ticket gets a commission from the lottery. So I guess this owner is so wealthy that he does not need that incentive. Also, I have been told that little profits exist in selling gas. Not sure to believe that, but I am sure that a months worth of lottery sales would still add to the bottom line. Then multiply that month after month. Maybe this owner cannot look past a day or comprehend this. But even if it is only $10 or $100 a month, that is still more than was had prior. So buyer beware - even those who only buy a lottery ticket when the pot is high will be better off served to go elsewhere. You most likely will find a cleaner store, more choices and friendlier workers. read more

Decent gas station on the way outta Missoula by way of Reserve Street. No ethanol free here unfortunately. If you miss this one there is a Town Pump on the other side of the underpass which is nice and right next to a Starbucks. read more

This gas station has never ceased to help me out when I'm in a tough spot. Every time I come rolling in, I'm always greeted with a smile, and given a hug, as I'm delivered the best service in the industry. Getting gas from this station is a breeze. Always quick, helpful, and easy. Never have I ever been to a gas station with more pizzazz. This gas station offers more than most do. With a large selection that goes from fried bull testicles to incredibly delectable pork rinds. I once took my mother here when in the process of moving hospitals, and she had a very gay time going through the store as i pumped gas into my minivan. She just couldn't get over their selection of products! She ended up coming out of the station with a bag full of bundled goodies, and my oh my were they as delicious as ever. God bless this gas station, and their friendly environment. There's only been one single time, that when walking to this gas station, I have been confronted by a homeless man looking for change. I gave him two quarters. He then beat me to the curb, stuffed my quarters down my throat, and threatened to kill me. But the gas station manager came out, kindly asked him to leave the premises, and helped me out. He patched me up pretty good, and I've never been more excited about a kind fella helpin' another out. If ever there was a terrible experience...this is one of the worst we had on our trip! I recommend avoiding this place at all costs! In the current times of tragedy and social awareness...this place flunked in all aspects. We were on a road trip to tour campuses and all 3 of my kiddos were looking at UM or MSU. They were stoked about UM the most and were excited to apply! We were on our way out of town for the long drive home and stopped for gas here. The kids (17 year olds) got out of the car to get snacks. One of them came back and seemed upset...and just got in the car. Mind you - this kid is the most social, well-spoken, put together in the bunch. (He also happens to be of mixed race.) He was accused of stealing candy by the clerk when he went to pay for some snacks! What the holy actual hell??? He didn't want to make a stink of it and just told her "No ma'am. I'm just paying for this food."...and walked away. In the light of BLM - I suppose Exxon doesn't do sensitivity training. I recommend boycotting this place at all costs. read more
