For instance: I left the store after buying 2 Red Bull's and I moved my car to a gas pump so I could squeegee my windows off. There was no washer fluid in it so I simply walked to the next pump to grab a squeegee and by the time I was walking back to my car, the nice man from inside was running out with windshield washer fluid saying "he's so sorry, he forgot to refill it because he has a million things to do." I just smiled and said, really, it's no big deal at all!!! I feel like at any other gas station, the employees would just shrug their shoulders and turn their back if they saw the fluid was empty... it just goes to show that these employees are nice caring individuals. Other than that, they were both just very welcoming and friendly. The gas station is clean, stocked, and organized and it's a big plus that they have squeegees outside! Every time I have stopped here, there have been plenty of employees working, including at least one person on the merchandise floor, restocking or maintaining inventory. They have a pretty good selection of drinks and snacks, and the place is always clean and inviting. Of course, they have a bathroom, which is a requirement to earn at least a 4-star rating in my book. Not surprisingly, gas prices here are well above-average, so they definitely take advantage of their proximity to the airport and rental car companies. I usually just stop here for a drink or snack. The place is open 24 hours and has been fairly busy every time I've stopped in (usually during the day, on weekdays). Employees are above-average in professionalism. Besides expensive fuel, my only other complaint is that every parking space in front of the store has a sign stating parking is limited to 10 minutes. It's a bit off-putting having so many signs, but on the other hand, I can understand that a business like this depends on customer turnover. All in all, it's a pretty good convenience store, and much appreciated by those of us who spend a good amount of road time as part of our jobs, especially since there aren't many convenience stores in the immediate area (the Shell station next door is closed).

Yes, I had to travel about a half a mile in the opposite direction to find it, but I was coming from out of town and had to stop in at Woodbury Commons that day for an event that would turn things around in my job and had to get gas in the meantime. Since I had cash, I had to go in and prepay. After handing the employee my money (I had given him a $20 but asked to pump $15), things went okay. He took the money and gave me my receipt. He activated the pump for the transaction. Though it was raining, I got a little flustered when I told him which pump - I didn't at first notice the pump number until after paying. I mentioned which car it was out near the pumps (under the awning). Things carried on. I took care of what I needed to get and although I got lost trying to find the "exit" in the direction I needed to travel to get to the mall's main entrance, but they make big to-do with the mall straight ahead on the road (apparently Locey Ln). But that's not to be mentioned here. It took me a few moments to take care of the gas filling and I was back off and running. Stop in ifyou need gas and are around this mall. It's tough to find a gas station near the mall to it's north on Rte 32, and although I was told from the signs that there are few gas stations nearby, this is really the first one I encountered that day. I'll keep it in mind if I'm ever in the area for stopping in again, but I don't believe I'll be around very often.

Lastly, I have had two experiences where I've paid to fill my tank and when I went to leave there was literally no gas in the tank, despite paying. I then had to argue with the clerk to get what I paid for. To be fair, this place has been around for decades so who knows whose ownership it was under in each of these situations. I've only decided to review now after today's experience watching them crudely endanger the life of every customer in the place.
