Lol it's the little things for me. Make me feel like you care. But with every positive interaction I have with the cooks, I occasionally run into a rude cashier that either flat out ignores you, or raises their voice. It's not everyone, that'd be unfair, bc there are some really nice employees that man those cash registers. I'm thinking about two ppl in particular that I won't name, bc, why? All in all, it's pretty ok there, and they always make my breakfast wrap right & it's always delicious. 3 stars.

It bought back memories just to find out that the dispensers are frozen yogurt. They do sell the half gallon of frozen ice cream that you can purchase at the grocery store. The gas is another convience of not having to drive further down 175 if you live near Charter Oaks. Very close to the military base. I can appreciate having this location in the Odenton area but l will continue to get my ice cream at Baskin & Robbins unless they make some changes in the future.

But the great part is the staff that Fathers Day was wonderful. 2 young men without hesitation, pushed my car to the pump and refused a small financial reward. The guy behind the counter was very helpful with finding me some needed rolls for dinner. They were friendly and im just not use to that service back home in Bel Air generally speaking. I don't frequent this one in Gambrills but I can certainly understand the poor rating. Went in today for lunch and ordered a chicken burrito bowl and small chicken noodle soup. Usually the bowls are pretty decent but not today! The rice and bean were not cooked properly, they were hard in places. And the guy who made it didn't put on the chipotle sauce so it was very dry to eat. I think there was about a half a teaspoon of guacamole that I paid extra for. The chicken noodle soup was mostly broth. And to add insult to injury it was 15 dollars for subpar food. It is very difficult to find workers that care. Sooo disappointed with Wawa anymore.

I had been to this Wawa a couple of times to get gas or for the convenience store. I got the delicious hoagie here one time in April 2021. I went with a couple of friends as we were going to an O's game, and cheaper to eat here than at Camden Yard. They were pretty efficient not having to wait too long on that Saturday. My only issue is that I wish they had some seating somewhere. We ate outside sitting on the curb.
