I went out to see two young men standing at the back of my car, but not having done anything but remove the tape. I pointed out that the car was already dry, so there was no point in pretending to dry it now, got in and left. For $7, they lost a repeat customer.

The police officer was at the car wash with the manager claiming that I did not pay for my wash. The manager stated he sent me a Facebook message (which I didn't see, because it was in my "message requests"), CONTACTED MY EMPLOYER and told them about the situation, then left me a voice message. The manager did not even allow me a full 24 hours to return his call, and said that his boss felt he'd made enough attempts to contact me...so call the police. Completely unprofessional, humiliating, and a blatant misuse of law enforcement. Checking my bank account, it turns out I was only charged for the cash back, so I provided them my card information to run the full payment. Their employees made a series of errors, which is completely understandable we are all human...I didn't look at my receipt to ensure it was paid, another human error...however the way I was treated and the manner in which the situation was handled is completely unacceptable. All over a $28.30 car wash.
