This place was a great place to get my car washed. It was less than 20$ to get my car cleaned inside and out includes vacuuming. I only clean my car twice a year so they definitely had their work cut out for them. It took roughly 30 minutes for them to do the whole process. One of the guys cleaning the inside noticed that they missed some spots in my carpet and sent my car back through to get revacuumed so they certainly tried to be as thorough as possible. Did they get everything? No. They missed the obvious thing like my review mirror and a couple of other spots but they managed to get the crushed granola out of my side pocket so I am overall pleased. A side note is that they are a locally owned Christian business. For some of you this may be a bonus and for others it might not. I personally dont care but note it in case it is an issue for some. It is pretty obvious because when u first walk in they have a 10 comandments sign posted in their hallway. They also have a Christian rock station playing over speakers inside. They dont have speakers outside so u can sit outside if you don't care for the music. They have a pretty cool and well organized shopping area for all your car knicknack and snack needs. I have my car washed every week and pay for an exterior wash with hand dry. On today's visit, I recognized they were busy but was willing to wait until 3 cars that came out after mine were dried first. By this time my car had already dripped dry so I went in and requested a refund of the difference between the hand dry and drive away service. The girl at the counter said she couldn't do that and went to find the manager/owner(?) who told me they wouldn't refund the difference and that it was already being worked on. I went out to see two young men standing at the back of my car, but not having done anything but remove the tape. I pointed out that the car was already dry, so there was no point in pretending to dry it now, got in and left. For $7, they lost a repeat customer. read more

Unfortunately, this company will never receive business from me again. I stopped for a car wash, went through the typical process of choosing my wash, getting out of my vehicle, going through the checkout (where I got cash back to tip the worker), and waiting for my car. Two days later I get a voicemail from the manager, but unfortunately they were closed when I tried to call back. The next morning I received a phone call from a police officer. The police officer was at the car wash with the manager claiming that I did not pay for my wash. The manager stated he sent me a Facebook message (which I didn't see, because it was in my "message requests"), CONTACTED MY EMPLOYER and told them about the situation, then left me a voice message. The manager did not even allow me a full 24 hours to return his call, and said that his boss felt he'd made enough attempts to contact me...so call the police. Completely unprofessional, humiliating, and a blatant misuse of law enforcement. Checking my bank account, it turns out I was only charged for the cash back, so I provided them my card information to run the full payment. Their employees made a series of errors, which is completely understandable we are all human...I didn't look at my receipt to ensure it was paid, another human error...however the way I was treated and the manner in which the situation was handled is completely unacceptable. First time to full service in long time. I usually do the $8 drive thru. Took CRV today for full service. I was SHOCKED for them to ask me for $24 for this. I remember $12 and $13 prices. The cashier, a young lady, was not cordial at all. She would not take a $2 coupon because it was slightly out of date. She needs to learn to greet the public better and be more outgoing. The outside people did a great job and I tipped $2 each. Ended up being $30 for full carwash. Thats waayyyyyy too much money. Going to check around other car washes. read more

I have taken my cars through both locations here in my home town {Salisbury,NC} & the last few times I have had to show them thing's that they missed or flat out didn't do. Spending $50 plus tip every time I go, you would think that you would get better service. I've tried so many times & now I said no more. My last experience was on 8/12/23 at the one located on W. Innes St. I walked the car and noticed that the wheels were not cleaned and the inside of the windshield looks horrible. Inside was not cleaned very well. They were done in 10 minutes. I could have taken it back but I was so frustrated and not very happy. I WILL do it myself from here on out. At least I know it will be done the way. Maybe I just had a bad experience but I just don't get the hype. They're always busy though. I went for the special inside and out cleaning for 28.95, which I assumed would be pretty thorough. This was on the back end of my lunch break so I was happy it didn't take too long. After giving me the keys to my car I tipped and hoped in. First thing I noticed was they left a rag on my hood, I rolled down my window and asked them to grab it please and then I was on my way. After I got back to work I looked a little more and they barely vacuumed my car, and not at all underneath the mats. I tried to call and got no answer. I went on their website to the contact forms and made complaints and still got no answer. It was raining by the time I went back by so it didn't look like anybody was there, plus I expected a return email. No return email and it was the weekend so I wasn't going to drive all the way up there from Charlotte just to complain. Left it at that. Then whatever wax they used kind of disintegrated on my paint. Left a really weird finish. It whipped off easy enough but was just strange. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, because they sure stay busy, but I'm not going to waste my money trying them again when I can go to an autobell for cheaper. read more

Went to this car wash and the customer service was great. They washed the car wonderful and let me inspect it as well. The issue on why the low rating is as soon as I got in to start the car it would not start. I went to the manger and told the issue so he went and got jumper cables and started it up. This is a 2018 Honda Accord. I have never had an issue like this and the car was just tuned up. I suggested maybe one of the people drying off the car left my lights on but he assured me that was not possible. How else could it happen? I have been coming here for many years. On average it is a good place to get your car washed quickly and decently. For my everyday car they do just fine, but there have been a few times I have had to get my car ran back through the process. I will say that I have had to talk to management because I have high end sports car I will sometimes bring through. The young staff have acted at times unprofessionally in my car...such as on the cell phone (I was watching through the window and it looked to be they may have been taking selfies with my car emblem items inside while the car was in motion!). For your everyday car they are great. If you have a high end sports car I suggest watching them the whole process!!!!!! read more

Very disappointed in the service I received today from The Sam's on East Innes. My wife took my daughters 2011 Jeep Liberty to get cleaned. While going through the wash, the rear taillight cover was damaged and came off. There was no previous damage to the light so it obviously happened there. I was told by the manager that they do not cover damages that happen to vehicles 10 years or older while in their wash. It is considered "normal wear and tear". Really? No previous damage to my vehicle and it gets damaged while they are working on it, but they are not responsible? Amazing the lack of customer service and care they give. I've been a customer of theirs for 30 years and have taken countless cars there and bought countless gift cards, but never again. If you have a vehicle that is 10 years or older, do not take it to Sam's because if the break something they aren't liable or will fix it. Very disappointed and they just lost a long time customer. Went by Sams this morning to have my car washed. The line that I was in did not move for at least 30 minutes to get my car vacuumed. I left my car in line and asked for the manager. All the other cars that were behind me went to another line and were gone through the vacuuming! When I talked to the manager he said he had a two new guys on that my line vacuuming. Who puts two new guys together in the first place? He just agreed with me that they were slow. That was it no apology...no nothing. I have been doing business here for 49 plus years. This is the best carwash around, in my opinion! The employees take plenty of time to ensure your car is spotless when you leave and you can even return for a free carwash within 48 hours of the original! Most quick washes like this leave the bugs on the front of your vehicle but I have been very pleased with Sam's. I haven't been unsatisfied yet when going here for a carwash and normally I hit up the Sam's Kwik Lube first and make it a combo deal!! read more

I took my stained seats, carpet and headliner, scratched paint car into Sam's to get detailed. I dropped it off in the morning and when I returned later that day it looked brand new!!! They got all if the stains out of the inside and the outside is so shiny, my car looks like it did when I purchased it!! Never use this Car Wash, they stole Christmas Gift cards out of my sons car, why would they even be is his center console anyway. Shame on you form stealing from a kid. If you where deciding on which car wash to use would these be some of the " Must Haves" for your decision? 1) A location pretty close to your house. 2) Pretty good prices and almost always they have a coupon for $$$ off in the paper if you do that sort of thing 3) You can get your Oil changed and your car washed at the same time well... not exactly the same time they change the oil first! 4) They are very professional they do not try and sell you something, they do bring it to your attention and they make a note on the account ( you may not have had time for that Transmission fluid change last time) 5) They have a little gift area to get your tags that say " Get In shut up and Hold on" Or Driving my truck is like having sex" (Never could figure that one out) ! They also have things that you cannot live without such as straw seat covers so that your butt will not stick to the seat when its hot. And some quality items as key chains that match you car or truck. Or plastic wheel covers ( Not the rim the snap on covers) just in case you want to pimp your ride. 6) They hand dry your car and wipe it down inside and out if you see something that was missed they will fix it for you... pretty hard working bunch I always drop them a few extra dollars And the main "Must Have" they, use recycled water!!!. Alll car washes should have to do this!!! If there is anything " Bad" to say about this place it would be that they are not open on Sunday. And the sign says " So they can be with their families at Church" that's cool by me.... So try Sams... two locations in Salisbury ( Tell them the Yelp Guy sent you!) And you may even get another spray of that " New Car smell" spray! The wash of the outside was alright - the folks here were a little rude, but who cares if they do a good job, right? Well the inside of the car - the entire reason I chose this place vs. a cheap gas station drive-through, was terrible. If some windex on the inside is worth $25, I guess I'm wrong, but I kind of expected them to at least wipe down the leather (not touched at all) or the center console (literally still coated with dust). Just sloppy. And they weren't even busy - don't get it. Save yourself the money and frustration - go to a gas station for the exterior + DIY the interior because these guys aren't worth the money. read more

Employees are hard working providing quality but also with hasty service. Services range from simply a drive through the automated car washing system all the way to $300 complete detailing that includes hand waxing and orbital waxing, leather or armorall treatment, tire shine, normal vacuuming and complete car wash that's hand dried and a sense of attention to detail, shampooing of floor seats and floor mats, armorall of exterior accent plastic, rain x treatment, and removal of any light to lighter medium scratches and scuffs. After any of the costlier works special the cars always look like they have just been purchased and coming of the lot for the first time! I have used the lube shop for several years but not sure after this. I had a bulb that needed to be replaced. When I got home and opened the trunk to get something out, all the plastic screw buttons were never put back and the wire to my speakers was hanging down.
