I got a snickerdoodle latte with oat milk iced of course, even though it is freezing outside. It was ready pretty quickly probably because nobody else was crazy enough to drink coffee that late haha. The drink was really good. I think Wawa coffee is highly underrated for what it is.

Their conversation with the clerk seemed friendly and light, which was nice to see. When it was my turn, the young man behind the counter greeted me right away and asked if I was waiting on a pickup order. I said yes, and he told me he was already working on it. He spoke in an easy, personable way that felt calm and genuine. He pulled my order together quickly, asked if I needed a bag -- I didn't -- and wished me a great day as I headed out. I didn't catch his name, but I want to recognize him for his attitude and work ethic. It was a small interaction, but it stood out. Moments like this remind you how much good service and simple kindness can lift your day. So to the young man working that day: thank you.

Said that the rear brakes needed to be replaced and several other items that needed attention. Also said that I had a leak in my cooling system. I have a friend that is an auto mechanic so I asked him to check my rear brakes and he said that the br a key were fine and didn't need to be replaced. Also checked the leak in cooling system and found the the hose clamps on the top and bottom were loose. He tightened them and stopped the leak. Why didn't Dave's mechanic do that or did he loosen the clamps? I will never go back to this location for any of my mechanical repairs and definitely not recommended them to anyone else!!!

Because of the call I mistakenly pulled away from the pump without putting the $25.00 worth of gas into my car. As I pulled out of the gas station I realized I forgot to pump the gas, due to traffic I had to drive around the block. When I returned to the gas station I told clerk that I pulled away from the pump without pumping the gas I paid. I the clerk told me that it was NOT his problem... Was very rude and every time I tried to talk he would interrupt me and talk over me. I called the police so they could review the many video camera located throughout the store. After I called the police the clerk got visibly nervous. I waited for a police officer for over a hour when I received a return call from the police telling me they were not sure how long it would be before they were able to send a officer. During the time I waited I witnessed a elderly lady approximately 65 to 75 years of age the clerk did the same thing to her. (She told him pump 5 and he authorized her $10.00 on pump 2) when she returned to complain he treated her the same way he treated me: VERY RUDE and every time she tried to talk interrupted her and talked over her until she clearly felt exasperated and left. The clerk (Chris) shift ended, he told me he had NO way to reprint receipts or look up what happened. When the next clerk came in after Chris left to run an over to another store... the new clerk looked up and reprinted the receipt from my transaction... He also noted that NO transaction happened on pump 3 where $25.00 in gas was pumped. The receipt from the transaction being paid was able to reprinted but the gas was NEVER pumped... meaning that when he saw me pull away from the pump without pumping the gas he deleted the authorized amount from the pump and stole my money. After I told the clerk that stole my money returned to the store I told him I was going to post this all over social media he called the owner of the store (I requested many times to speak with the owner and was denied) I was offered to be able to pump $12.50 of the amount I paid... when I said I wanted the full $25.00 the clerk then once again got rude and told me I was to get NOTHING...When I again said This is going to all over Social Media tonight... he offer me the ability to put $15.00 in... I did! This station still owes me $10.00. I have called the gas station trying to speak with the owner... I have NOT received a call back to resolve this issue.
