This was regarding an emergency refill for my daughter, a medication that costs $2000 per bottle, I was trying to ask a question about insurance and she practically just insulted me talked over me, and hung up. The thing that pissed me off is that I left a message and had to wait until the next day for her to call me so I could speak with here because there is NO WAY to speak directly with the pharmacist. She called me back and then didn't even try to understand my question, just talked over me instead. If I could give zero stars I would. My entire family has been using CVS for 25 years.
