The deli inside is open from 6am to 9pm and closes at 3pm on the weekends. They make breakfast croissants, fresh pressed Cubans, chef salads, etc., & have a grab & go section with the same menu items always available, plus a daily hot soup. There is a whole restaurant inside with indoor dining. It's always super busy. The lady that works the deli is super friendly & makes a mean fresh pressed Cuban. The bathrooms are always clean & stocked. For the car wash: When you get gas at this Rally, You can select the car wash option & you get 10 cents off a gallon. We select the $14 car wash. Angela in the deli/sandwich section was great! I came to originally get a fountain beverage and a snack bag of dill pickles! Their Boars Head deli had a variety of hot and cold sandwiches, salads, quesadillas, pizza, and breakfast items! They close at 7 but Angela told me their press turns off around 6/6:15. I paid for my fountain drink, a Propel, and my $9.99 salad and altogether it came to $15! Very affordable! I went over and ordered my salad with Angela and she was very kind, asking me what toppings I'd want and making my salad with love!!!! I've been to this gas station several times over the years and on this particular trip twice within days. The location although good is difficult to access if your traveling West. Other than that it's spacious and has a nice convenience store. The pumps operated flawlessly and the area was clean. However I'm downgrading them because I needed a receipt twice and both times paper was empty. As a matter a fact on purpose I sent to the exact same pump within 3 days. So I had to go inside and wait in line to ask the clerk for a receipt. Neither time an apology for my inconvenience. It's annoying as hell for the business to not maintain paper. It's by far my biggest pet peeve at a gas station. So I'm at a 2.5 rounding down after two fuel only stops within a few days with no paper for a receipt at the pump. read more

Wow, less than impressed! Stopped in on a busy morning. I got gas first and although it was busy, I was able to get in and out. I went inside to purchase a Celsius and coffee. The coffee was completely out and I didn't have time to wait for more so I just grabbed the Celsius and headed to the cash register. The one girl was moving people in and out quickly. The woman that checked me out was eating a breakfast pizza at the register. I made eye contact and asked if she was ready and she shook her head. As she rung me up, she was kind enough not to take another bite but as soon as I put my card in, she stepped back and started eating her pizza again. I had to reach over the counter to get my Celsius and my receipt. Moral of the the story is there is a time and a place and this was not the time or place to be eating your pizza no matter how hungry you were. At least duck in the back and eat and then get back on the floor. They do have a lot of to go and grab food. There are plenty of coolers with coffee, energy drinks, soda and booze. The store is easy to navigate. I didn't use it, but they do have a bathroom. I only gave it two stars because it was clean. Other than that there is room for improvement for sure! Busy gas station and convenience store inside. Aisles are well kept and tidy. I came in for a coffee today since I ran out at home and Wawa was in the opposite direction. Location is close to my work so I stopped in for a quick coffee. While they have the regular/decaf pots they also have vanilla & hazelnut flavored coffee too. I decided on the vanilla flavored coffee and added vanilla creamer. When I got in my car to head to work, I took a sip. Eek! My coffee was luke warm and bland! Almost a watery flavor with the added creamer. Was a bit sad about it. I barely added any creamer and it was just warm coffee. I'll just stick with getting gas and snacks here. 7 cents less than Shell down the street. There is a Shell station in Feather Sound that most people use. It is super convenient and if you're passing it anyway, why not stop and get gas? This Rally is a little farther out of the way for me, but there are two reasons I'm willing to always drive here to get my gas. 1. It's cheaper. I'm constantly comparing prices between the Rally and Shell out of curiosity and the last time I went, it was 7 cents cheaper (yes I understand that comes out to about a 70 cents saving, but it's the principle!) 2. I haven't heard of anyone getting their card number stolen. Unfortunately, there have been several instances of card skimming at the Shell. It's not Shell's fault at all, but it has happened on multiple occasions. I have never heard of that happening at Rally. The Rally is well lit so I never feel unsafe. Usually, it isn't completely full so I've never had to wait for a pump. All these reasons are enough for me to drive the extra mile to go to this gas station. read more

I used an American Express gift card at the gas pump..it asked for my zip code. Which its a giftcard. The card was declined. So I used my debit card. Went nextdoor to the McDonald's and used the giftcard. What was a $100 only had $5 left. Shell/ Rally put a $95 hold on my giftcard. I talked to the attendant and she said I should get it back in 24hrs. I tried to contact ANY management and have been unable to. I emailed corporate and out of 5 management I emailed. 1 emailed back that she was on Xmas vacation and would be back in 5 days. Personally if the card was declined. Why and how did a $95 charge or hold get placed on it??? Worst customer service I ever seen and that's from top to bottom. Never been more disappointed in a company. They barrowed money or stole money without asking. And I'm poor. I live paycheck to paycheck taking care of my wife who is disabled with MD. I don't have money that I can just let sit in space till its located. read more

It's a gas station, not much different than others. However, this one is definitely run down and some of the gas pump card readers were not working so I had to.move to TWO different pumps. Makes me wary of whether these were ever tampered with. That said, I got my gas and went on my merry way. Didn't stop to go in and get any drinks or snacks. To be honest, the state of the store gives me every bit of a good reason to go to Wawa instead. This gas station beats the pants off many supermarkets and liquor stores when it comes to beer. Plenty of choices for the craft and non-craft beer drinker. They dedicate a shelf on the floor to craft beer, one cooler for domestic beer and another cooler for draft beer. They have a nice store with decent décor and tables. They also sell gas. read more

This place has a good coffee selection and a good beer selection so it's good no matter what time of day! But. it does get rather hectic, almost unsafe feeling hectic, on busy times. They have music BLARING outside and there are sometimes scathy characters lurking. That's why the hubby runs in and I stay in the car. (luv u!) So hit it off time if you can. Everyone RAVES about the Wawa on Gandy. The real secret gem is this Rally station. Gas is gas, so don't really focus on which is cheaper since they are a decent distance away. And I haven't had a freshmade sandwich from the Rally station. But the interior is nice, they have a lot of options in both made to order and pre-made varieties. Again, wasn't wowed by Wawa's sandwich, so this could be better or worse. Up to you on your gas station sandwich selection. The real reason to come here is the beer. The beer selection here rivals Total Wine (based on per capita space). You can get a mix and match 6 pack of excellent craft beer for cheap. You can also buy 6 packs of your favorite craft beer, bombers of the fancier stuff, and even a decent selection of ciders. Talk to the staff if you have questions. The owner is a well known beer connoisseur and the staff usually will have an anecdote or suggestion. And don't just check out the beer section, either. This looks to be a popular morning stop I wanted gas and coffee but I agree with another reviewer the gas pumps are the slowest I've experienced in some time maybe they are number one in the slow category. I pumped $80 worth of gas by that time I decided to find a Starbucks so I didn't go inside to experience the coffee bar or snack or beer lol. This place is puzzling to me. First they have the nicest convenience stores in the Bay area, at least until Wawa arrives. The have a large cooler of craft beers and a far wider selection of the things you typically find in a convenience store. It is several steps up from the usual gas station store. That being said, this place has the slowest gas pumps on the planet. You can go inside and get a sandwich in the time it takes from when you first swipe your credit card until the time you actually have the first drop of gas flow out of the pump. It reminds me of dial up internet. How they can pay so much attention to details inside and then have such a frustratingly slow gas pump is beyond me. This location will always be busy b/c it is the last stop for gas on Ulmerton before the long bridge to Tampa and it is open 24 hours. read more

You should really not be turned away by the place. I love the beer selection and the location is very convenient. I will say the gas pumps are always packed to capacity but given its spot, that should come as no surprise. The owner had a chat with me and he's very much an old school business owner. His passion is beer and you should talk to him. He's a great guy and his employees actually like what they're doing instead of resenting the customers and themselves. Stop here occasionally for fuel, prices are usually 2-4 cents cheaper than others in this area. Enormous selection of food items and place is usually clean and organized.
