I have soured this year on these folks. In the past they've been really great, friendly and…read moreknowledgeable. We loved buying trees, shrubs etc here. And every year I would buy my beloved tarragon from them. It's an important herb in my culinary repertoire so I always make sure to have my name on a list at Gulley's to be contacted when it comes in and put ten plants aside for me. As well this year as I have done every year for nine years, I call each Monday as herb deliveries come in to check if it is in. Each week they said it will probably be in next week. Well it came in, no call, no put aside plants on a Friday. Monday I called and they had sold it all and would not be getting more. It really sucked. I scoured every grower in Nc with no luck. Finally Big bloomers in Tramway got a small shipment. So I bought from them. Unfortunately theirs was from seed which will not grow to any usable size. Good tarragon is grown from grafts. This might seem like a minor gripe to some but it truly sucked. I'd like to continue patronizing them but I feel it might be more advantageous to go direct to their grower and track their shipments in the state. So for now....bye bye Gulleys

The art is not only beautiful, but reasonably priced -- and geared towards local artists. As for the art classes, I have been deeply impressed with my daughters' instruction. Both of my girls have always exhibited artistic talent and it is difficult to find age appropriate classes where they can be challenged. This class has been different - they did cover some things they already knew, but they quickly moved into areas neither were familiar with. I'm thrilled with how much they have improved in just a few short weeks. I would definitely suggest Cape Fear Studios to those looking to purchase local art or anyone looking for challenging art classes for children.

I could spend hours at this business just walking around looking at all the beautiful and valuable collectibles they have for sale at a very reasonable price. I want to be original and I think art and painting should be your own. Looking up painting instructors in Fayetteville was a challenge, but Sandra's name popped out so I decided to give it a try. For the same price and time as the wine and paint classes, it's such a steal for private classes. I have been taking classes with Sandra now for about a year now, and I love it! She is an incredible artist and an even more incredible teacher. She has a heart of gold and really cares about everyone! And only amazing art is produced out of her tiny studio, you will leave with an original masterpiece :) If you are lucky enough to snag a slot in her busy schedule, you will not be disappointed.
