Love the doctors there who are great and wonderful, but front desk is a nightmare. They always have…read morean attitude when you come in and over the phone they get even bolder. Tried ordering glasses on the website pair because I lost my old pair and needed new ones for cheap and didn't have my prescription on me. I'm in fort wayne currently with my newborn in the NICU so going home to search for it was not an option, so the website said they could contact the office for it. I quickly got an email saying that the office said I wasn't a patient of theirs. Of all things that bother me, it's lying. There's no excuse for it. So why they did, I don't know, but I had to call them to straighten it out. And oh my lord what a headache. The woman was refusing to simply read a few numbers out loud on the phone. Talk about laziness! I even explained that, no, I can not come in and physically pick up my prescription, and that I didn't need a new prescription or anything physical, all I needed was a few numbers read out loud to me. It was that simple! But she wanted to give me attitude and refuse to do the most simple task that I could have possibly asked for. Thankfully a family member near by is able to stop in, but they're just going to do what I asked for in the beginning, call me and read out loud numbers on a paper. I think it's insanely childish and petty to first of all lie, and then secondly get an attitude just because they were called out on it, and then refuse a simple task, aka their job, because they're mad. They claimed it was illegal which is such a reach, I would have been glad to provide any sort of identifying information needed, but the entire conversation she had an attitude! I always thought they were a bit unpleasant coming in to pick things up but this really solidified my opinion of them. It's a shame because again like I said the doctors there are great, but the receptionists really ruin it!

We ordered glasses just before Christmas and just got them today. I called 4 times to check on them…read moreand finally earlier in the week they said they had "just arrived" in that day's arrivals. Apparently the lab lost the frames. I could forgive that but when I called to check the status they promised 3x to call me back and didn't. On a bright note, the receptionist is amazing. I wish her well, she is the most professional person there. I think her name is Amaris.

Very disappointing that I originally liked going there getting my glasses last Halloween 2025 and Stacey was incredibly nice and polite and very friendly and helpful with me getting some amazing glasses. But I guess I have to go elsewhere at this time to see an eye doctor.

They had a year to figure this out. Now I have to try and find a new doctor and get into them before the end of the year to be able to use my benefits. Don't think it's going to be possible with the holiday season upon us. They cost me very much money.

Their service is ok. But there billing is the worst I have even seen. I spent over 2 hours today…read moreworking on the bill. Their estimate of service has always been off by over 20%. This past visit was no different. To top it off they now claim I had a past due amount for about a year. No bill ever arrived at my house. Nothing on the three bills for this procedure showing a previous bill. But the bill I received today had a credit from my wife's account on it. When I called to ask about this they told me I had a past due amount and used her credit to help offset it. So they applied her credit to my account without her permission. They keep her credit for over a year without tell her she had a credit. No sure how they get off intermingling accounts. I would not step foot in this place if you value your money$$$$$$$$$$&$$
