Was I ever wrong! I can't believe how awesome the employees were at Eyemart Express and how quickly I received my glasses. I paid the same price for my progressive lens sunglasses as I did for JUST the LENSES at the other place. Not to mention the fact the the other place still hasn't gotten my glasses right after 4 months!!! It took Eyemart less than 24 hours to adjust my lenses. I wish I would have tried Eyemart Express much sooner! You guys are the best in my book!

So girl that works there took a guess at the correction and sent them in to be "corrected ". Fourth trip up to get them again a week later still not back from lab. So a month and four trips and Still do not have any glasses. What a huge waste of time and money. I have never in my 60 years had such a bad experience getting glasses.Worst experience in 60 years of getting glasses. Update: I've waited another 2 weeks and still no glasses. I began to sort through several glasses, searching for a pair of glasses with the same size and color I liked. The optical manager, Sierra Lechlitner, asked to help me and walked over to the sunglasses I had tried on. I tried on a few pairs and asked for her input. She gave me feedback on the frames I tried on. We both agreed on a pair that fit me well and the color was what I was looking for. When we made the payment arrangements I was satisfied with the cost and she estimated the glasses would be ready within a week or ten days. It was a little later than planned. She called when they were at the store and could be picked up. I liked the style, fit, and color. I appreciated her professionalism.

This place is not customer friendly. My wife and I purchased some glasses and received the complete…read morerun around. First their ad promised a twenty percent discount, when we were doing calculations they said "the discount was figured in the price". Which in the fine print says something completely different.The second issue occurred upon the arrival of the glasses. They did not fit inside the frame, the lens was sticking out. After purchasing the polycarbonated lens, they were still too large. After complaining about the lens they suggested for us to purchase a different type of lens(more expensive). This could have been mention in the beginning and it could have saved us a trip and a headache. When we addressed this issue they pretty much told us we had to choose a different frame. The initial rep told us that the lenses would sit within the frame and it would not stick out (that was a complete lie). There was a significant gap between the frame and the lens. The reps kept going back and forth. They said the issue was with the frame (the edge corner was too squared), and then the excuse was that the prescription required thicker lenses. Their responses seemed very inconsistent and confusing.

I paid in full up front, which ended up being close to 700 dollars for an eye exam and one pair of glasses. When my glasses came in, I couldn't see out of them. Then, after reordering my lenses, which ended up being cheaper, they refused to refund the excess money I had paid, stating simply that it was their "policy" to not refund money. I wish they had told me that up front. I would have gone elsewhere. It is now my "policy" to avoid C & B Optical One at all costs.

There have been a couple of times that I have needed to be seen for an injury or some other issue and Dr. Britzke has always gotten me in immediately, even staying after hours to do so. I highly recommend.

I had a cataract removed from my right eye. Bolling encountered a "floppy iris" during this…read moresurgery. My iris was damaged. There is equipment the surgeon can have ready to deal with a floppy iris, but, as Bolling himself said, it isn't cost effective. So disregard claims of "state of the art" equipment. Furthermore, at my day after surgery appointment Bolling's first words were, "You're right on target." It was only after I said I couldn't see much with my right eye that he explained the floppy iris. Bolling then told me that he could perform laser surgery to "clean up" what he was unable to finish in the original surgery. I paid $268 out of pocket (and I suppose my insurance paid a lot more) but the laser surgery did no good. He then explained that when I got my glasses it would be much better. And, he would give them to me at his cost. I still had to pay $348 out of pocket and the glasses do no good. I have a cataract in my left eye but Bolling will not touch it.

Reduce my contact lenses when I tried to use them I couldn't see went back to my old prescription. Had to pay more and I'm still waiting for a refund on my contacts will never use never use center again I have an appointment in the new year at another optical center it will be interesting to see the results. I will post them. I felt like the lady at the front desk seemed confrontational and knowing Rich this is not the I'm used to terribly terribly unsatisfied.

The only woman that seems to work there, who is always there, is the worst customer service…read morerepresentative. She is on her phone 99% of the time. If you're a woman, she basically ignores you exist, won't help, doesn't show you anything. However, if you're a guy, you have her undivided attention. Every woman I work with, including myself, had the same frustrating experience. Our company's first time requiring steel toe, and she was zero help. I would've had a better experience ordering from a brick wall. I had to order shoes, and needed to know when they were in asap. She said she would call immediately. After a week of waiting after the time frame, I called (which doesn't even reach the store, it goes to some home office which is not very helpful), and they said the shoes were delivered a week prior. No call, nothing. It's a very long drive there. The inconvenience is ridiculous of her and not being able to reach the store directly. Do better.
