We had our first one for 12 years with no problems (except a small tear during hurricane Sandy..which the company easily repaired) We kept the awning up all year round. The reason we are getting a new one is because we are just looking for a change in color. Their prices are fair, the selection is tremendous and the sales and installation people are professional. I was told that the order would take 4-5 weeks to be installed. We are now 6 weeks in and when I called to inquire about my order and whether it would be installed by Memorial Day when we are having a family BBQ which is 2 weeks from now they told me no that it would not be ready and then lied about the time frame that was communicated. I kept my original notes and clearly wrote down 4-5 weeks. After this awning is done I will not be doing business with them again. Buyer be warned whatever time frame they tell you plan on doubling in.

I had an idea of what I wanted, I tweaked my requests with advisement from rep Bob. The crew put it up within the time frame I was told they would (pushed back a couple of weeks due to delay of some materials), in a few hours with every detail in place. They cleaned up when they left. The result is a perfect space ready to use this summer that looks like it came with the original house and NO LEAKS IN THE RAIN! Highly recommended.
