The staff is both equal parts, professional, and also personable. They really go above and beyond to help customers out. And if they don't have the answer, they do their absolute best to help you regardless. The store is incredibly well put together, demonstrating a master class in organization, accessibility, approachability, and remains eye-pleasing to customers; it's a clean, organized, and attractive store. The location itself is also very convenient, with good parking near an area with a lot of other excellent businesses that are easy to navigate. The selection is usually good, and if they don't have what you're looking for, they are quick to make ample recommendations and work with you. The value may be set by corporate, which could be a hit or miss, but that is definitely not at the fault of the location. Overall, I cannot recommend this GameStop location enough. Even if you need to go out of your way a couple minutes or miles, if you're going to choose a GameStop location, then you'd be hard/pressed to not pick this one.

Starting with the most extreme offense; they're now **using AI on client artwork to extend image borders and more, and they're doing it WITHOUT telling the clients.** They attempted to do this with my product, as well. This is not an assumption, this is something the staff have told me over the phone, and they say they've "done it for numerous other clients and the clients didn't notice", meaning, they didn't tell them either. Additionally, the website was reworked, but multiple features as well as my entire order history have vanished from the site. Finally, the wait times have also dramatically increased due to multiple mishaps on their end with the provided artwork for products. If you don't want your artwork being affected or altered by AI, and you don't want to wait weeks for a job that other print shops can get done in 24 hours, I would search for a new print shop.

Well I had the business cards sent back to me. Great images but I'm sorry they really failed on customer service. I always critique business because in good time you will survive with poor customer service. But most people don't spend good money on poor customer service in bad times so yeah that's why many businesses fail. Poor customer service and poor customer loyalty. It was a bit of numerology, aura reading, tarot, discussion and honestly I left feeling better than I have felt in a long time.
