She doesn't take 4 or 5 hours like some lash artists, at most 1.5 hours which is great for me! The service was excellent The business etiquette suffered I had an unforseen circumstance that forced me to contact via phone and chat text to reschedule I fell short 2 hours short of 24 hour notice. The owner refused to allow me to apply the prepaid $20 deposit to reschedule with Prior to this, I read the policy statement, any rebooting OVER 4 weeks is considered a full charge as a full set . I booked ON the 4 week date, and she was refusing to consider that fact . It's tge principles NOT the money. As a customer and 25 year veteran retired clinical skincare specialist, your customer care needs to exceed your policy when it deems necessary. Business owners should follow their own policies as well. Lastly, I was overcharged a higher tip amount in error and she refused to credit my next service. read more

First pic is what I requested (from her instagram). Second pic is my right eye 4 days after the appointment. The corner lashes are ready to fall off because she literally leaned her palm on them for an extended period of time while installing the left eye. I've never had a tech lean on my face during installation lol. The last pic is my left eye (looks good but I preferred a more natural look like pic 1). All in all, I will no longer frequent this establishment because the service is simply not worth the price! read more

It was okay they sad thing was I had to use the bathroom so it was short but my lashes came off within 3 days falling off and my inner corner eye was red and I paid 120 or what ever buh I wished I had save that for another lash tech sorry but I wouldn't recommend this for anyone I would recommend the lash tech take classes on how to proper apply it read more

I found Asia through Yelp. I chose her because she had good reviews. I got the last appointment available online for Saturday. She worked silently and diligently. When she was done I wasn't used to the end result. She said it looked really good on my eyes and I would get lots of compliments on it. I was skeptical. But she was right, because the very next day I got a lovely compliment on it and the young lady even asked me where I had it done. She is very professional and meticulous with her work. I was use to wearing strips, so I told her the number and she googled them so she could emulate the exact look. The next day some of my lashes were missing on the inside corner of my right eye, I called Asia and she said I could come in that day and she would repair them. She was professional and apologetic.
