Heena is THE best to go to for eyebrows. I've tried eyebrow hub, places in the mall, but none compare to how she does it. All the other places make my brows either too thin or uneven, but Heena knows what she's doing. My eyebrows are naturally thick as u can see, so I can't review on if your eyebrows are super thin; but for MY brows, Heena knows just the right arch & angle. Ive been going to thie place to get my eyebrows threaded for almost 7years if I remember it correctly. I love how she threads my eyebrows. Then I decided to get my brows microbladed. I know everyone has different skin types, but I followed all the aftercare regimen. During the healing process, my eyebrows were bleeding and it looks scarred. She said it was normal, but it does not look normal to me (i have a couple of coworkers that got their brows microbladed and it didnt look as close to mine when it healed). I was not happy with the results after the initial session because my brows was uneven and there were no hairstrokes. It looks like I just put some shade on top of my brows. Then, after 2 months, I got my touchup. Touchups should give my brows a perfect look, but something even worse happened. My brows looked super crusty with white stuff around it. It was tender and red too. I asked her if it was normal and she said yes. She said just put coconut oil and ill be ok. I did not listen but I applied antibiotic cream instead because they don't look normal at all. I had to go to the doctor to get it checked coz i was panicking. My brows was infected. I will never go back to her anymore. Although she gave my money back, I would not recommend getting microblading with her. read more

I've been going to Heena for 6 years. She does a wonderful job threading and shaping my eyebrows. I have very thin eyebrows and I don't regularly wear make up. So my eyebrows are most important to me. Heena suggested that I consider microblading. She provided me with information on microblading as well as the benefits. She also let me view several eyebrows that she had previously microbladed and they all looked beautiful as well as different and more importantly, natural. Some eyebrows were darker than others more defined. Heena is an expert on shaping and defining eyebrows and after my experience being with her microblading my eyebrows, I noticed a glow and passion for this craft from Heena. She has arrived in her element. After my appointment I had som inflammation and the color of the pigment looked a littte darker. During the healing process, my eye brows scabbed but I used coconut oil and aloe vera plant and both worked perfectly. After about 2 weeks and fully healed the color settled. My eyebrows were perfect and not to gotti. I'm more conserative and this was something Heena instinctively knew I would feel comfortable with the color and shape.
