    I am very disappointed with my experience with this company…read more We hired them for biweekly cleaning services after receiving a deep clean that we were generally happy with. After the first or second maintenance clean, I provided some minor feedback regarding our bathtub and a few areas around the house that had not been cleaned thoroughly. I even included photos and did not consider it a major issue. The following week, while my husband and I were away, I received a message from what I believe was the owner stating that they could not remove the bathtub stains, that I would need to sign a liability waiver, and that further cleaning efforts could damage the tub. This response seemed disproportionate to the feedback I had provided, especially since I have never had issues cleaning the tub myself. I had thought the feedback to be minor and easy to fix. It quickly escalated into a whole scenario. After inspecting the second cleaning, I found that both our home offices had not been dusted and that the sinks and other areas were still not cleaned to an acceptable standard. I documented these issues with photos. The bathtub itself was fine though, so I didn't understand why it was brought up the way it was. When I shared this additional feedback, I clarified that the bathtub itself was not a significant concern and questioned why a liability waiver had been raised. I didn't understand that. Rather than addressing my concerns, I was told that the condition of the tub was my responsibility, like I'd done something to cause damage to it, which is not the case. Also, the feedback regarding the other cleaning issues received no response or acknowledgement whatsoever, even though they were part of my message which the owner clearly read. After following up to confirm my messages had been received over 24 hours later, I received a response immediately that I found highly unprofessional and dismissive. The company ultimately informed us that we may not a good fit to work together, "due to availability", rather than work with me on improving the issues. It was very passive aggressive and I genuinely couldn't believe it. Again, all of my feedback was all pretty minor for obvious and blatant issues in the cleaning itself. I was shocked to receive a response like this. At no point did I make unreasonable demands. I provided polite, documented feedback on two occasions regarding areas that had not been cleaned adequately. Instead of addressing the concerns or discussing solutions, the company suggested we may not be a good fit to work together. I have never experienced this kind of behavior when it comes to a cleaning company, and I have plenty of experience. I've never experienced this kind of treatment from any professional period, as a matter of fact. It was so incredibly inappropriate and disrespectful, in my opinion. As a business owner myself I was incredulous that this is how they treat a paying customer who had every intention of continuing service. Based on my experience, this company appears unwilling or unable to accept constructive feedback or address customer concerns professionally. Their reaction was highly disproportionate to the small feedback I provided. Instead of taking accountability for the quality concerns, they turned it back on me and got defensive. The quality of the cleaning was inconsistent, communication was poor, and the overall customer service experience was disappointing. I did not like the way they treated my husband and me and how they spoke to us, it wasn't deserved or necessary. We were really happy to work with this company in the beginning, and had this been handled professionally, probably would've been long term customers. We value our relationships in every area and value good customer service, so clearly we are not a values match. So this has overall been an unfortunate experience. I cannot recommend their services. I'm sharing some of the issues we found in pictures, all taken after the cleaning. I have many more, but for the sake of simplicity I'll keep it at this.
