He robbed me of my savings by lying and telling me to pay out of pocket and he would fix my near and far sightedness while he took care of cataracts. He is a smooth talker but not to me, he was rude, he brushed me off. I kept asking about when I would finally see again and he kept telling me to come back and each time CHA-CHING, another copay. For what? My primary doctor told me she stopped sending patients there due to his UPCHARGES! There is nothing I can do. He took my money and I am unable to have another eye surgery or I would risk having a detached retina, or worse.

The one thing that I do appreciate that I have never experienced is explaining to me what they are doing while they are doing it. During my exam with Dr.Chiu she admits that she is very conservative and likes to give you all the information so that you can make your own informed decisions, which I really appreciate. I prefer to get all the information versus none to little. I did learn a lot and you can tell she really loves what she does and cares about the patient.
