We had…read moreused a well known day care chain, that was supposed to be excellent in Bay ridge, but it was not. It had inconsistent staff , no activities , few toys , nothing on the walls, absolutely not stimulating in any way. So we decided to look for a change. The Staten Island JCC on Manor road has been amazing. Great security, a consistent and caring staff. An inviting room which designates play area with lots of appropriate toys . A nice outdoor play area. This day care is really everything you want for your child and you can leave them there with confidence. They really love and care about your child. My son was 7 months old when we started here. The only negative is that the infant day care is on the lower floor and there is no elevator. ( actually there is an elevator, that allows you to take a long way there, but it seems to be often in disrepair!! ) other than that , this is a perfect day care. Yes it is closed on several Jewish holidays, which coincides with the public school holidays most of the time. Don't hesitate to use this place for day care, they really care about your child. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

I wanted to speak to Lisa in membership about my account and Lisa was not in. Fran was on her phone texting and ignoring me. I was very polite until I had to get her attention because she was busy on her personal phone. Yes, I was frustrated and upset and she should have noticed this but instead she told me to shut my mouth. She was incredibly rude and continued to ignore me as I tried to get information on when Lisa would be in. I cannot express enough how upset I am. I tried to call to report her behavior but no one seems to be able to take my complaint. I choose to stay anonymous in this complaint otherwise.

I took one of the buses there and the other bus back to the ferry. One you arrive there are multiple floors of a activities. Outside on the lower level, there is a water station and park. On the ground floor, there is fire truck and game. On the third floor, there is construction activities. There is a snack area on the lower floor. Prices are around $7 to $8 for combos. See my menu picture. And before you leave, they sell ice cream for $3. Bring cash because you need to spend $5 to pay with card.

Check their website for opening days and time. Food purchases station is closed on weekend but they do have snacks vending machine. You can bring your own food to eat at their lunch room either inside with AC or outdoor where is a water play area and playground during summer time. Different level floors to explore kids will definitely enjoy this museum. Not crowded. They have an ice cream for purchase at the entrance of the museum.

When I spoke w Claudia last week about signing up my 2 children for one week of summer camp,…read more Claudia explained the $199 for first child and 10% off second child. She did not explain about the $50 annual membership fee (?). When I went online to sign up and pay for the week's session, I discovered not only the $50 fee, but I also realized I had to "agree" to monthly withdrawals to the credit card and that I must in writing give 30 days notice to withdraw from program. We called her today and she said not to worry about that because it doesn't apply to us and that the website they use for payment does not allow them to have the three different programs separate (?). She also confirmed yes we would have to pay the $50 fee because her insurance is expensive as I can imagine... (what?) isn't that part of the program costs? So whether u do one week or 10 weeks or one year u pay $50 extra dollars? Not to mention she did not disclose this over the phone last week? And now I am expected to "agree" online to terms and conditions that apply and some that do not apply just to sign up my children for one week? And what happens when we do get charged repeatedly and have no documentation other than a contract we agreed to online and her word not to worry about it? Unfortunately that is not the kind of business I can trust and I will not recommend this place. And we will break the unfortunate news to our children that they will not be going to camp because Royal Gymnastics was not upfront with all the charges and more importantly the online "contractual commitments" we would have to make for one week of camp. Be careful what u "agree to" online.
