Unyglobe is unresponsive and difficult to work with. I argued with them for the better part of a year to repair my roof. Eventually I had to take out a personal loan to have the repair done myself. Instead of reimbursing me directly, they credited my account and then took my HOA fees out of the credit each month. When I started the process to sell my condo, they responded slowly to the escrow company. One time, they cashed the check for my HOA fees, said that I didn't pay the HOA fees, then tried to put a lien on my property! When I proved that I did pay, I didn't get even get an apology. Terrible customer service and terrible all around management.
