However I needed to do the following to be seen as a credible write: have a book review, website with a social media campaign, and have sequels or additional material to showcase. I was told in April that my original point of contact, Alex, was working on my behalf and contacting producer, but he was out of the country handling a family matter. After purchasing the book review and agree to a 4th title, I found out it was all a lie because Alex left the company in March. There has not been one social media post, the website is found whenever I type it into the search bar. My calls and emails or ignored. I can't get clear and honest communication.

I hired this company to make me a website, which they have failed to provide me. Oriel's review of my business is good example of how unprofessional this company truly is. I am very confident my credit card company will issue a refund, especially since for the second payment, I gave them my AMEX Credit Card to charge, only when I receive my completed website. However, without my authorization, they recharged my Chase Credit Card before I received any website or finished design. This can be basically considered Identity Theft. They well knew that I did not approve the Chase Card charge, and Joon stated that in his google voice text messages to me. I will update this once the Credit Card company closes the dispute. Until then, it is still open. -- Regarding the website --- Oriel's comment: "UPDATE: Did you not approve the design work? Did we not fulfill our obligation to do 2 revisions and we went and approved 4 revisions? The reason you wanted a refund is because you wanted to continue to have design edits without paying for services. You will see she will avoid this question since all our approvals are done via email for record keeping." If I approved, why would I want additional changes for free? If I approved, why do I still have no website or completed design? This makes absolutely no sense.
