This is the best place to go for any eye problems (which I have many). They do everything for eye care except surgery and then will refer you as needed. My hope is that they will stay here for many years . This area needs to have this type of one-stop eye care option instead of being shuffled off to several places and waiting forever to get appointments. Then I tried to just schedule an appointment for her to be seen and we could bring the paperwork with us only to be rudely and sarcastically answered by Andrew the scheduling manager. He was rude and very unhelpful. That's just how we do it, and that's not how things work is not helpful. We will find another provider.

The customer service phone line is horrible, scheduling manager actually lies to fit what's happening. If Dr. Roy wants more information about what's happening to his business overall rating with the public, he might want to talk to some of the customers... they're leaving!
